Vous et votre famille allez adorer la sensation de cette maison confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ© pour vos vacances. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre sĂ©jour confortable est Ă  portĂ©e de main. S'il vous plaĂźt vĂ©rifier les commentaires, et juger par vous-mĂȘme.

La chambre principale a un sentiment de confort chaleureux avec un lit queen et beaucoup d'espace. Les trois fenĂȘtres rendent la vue sur l'Ă©tang Howard spectaculaire. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposĂ©s, Ă©galement avec beaucoup d'espace. Vous apportez vos propres draps, mais toute la literie est lĂ , y compris les oreillers. (Je fournirai des draps sur demande) La salle de bain complĂšte a une douche surdimensionnĂ©e avec un siĂšge pour plus de confort. Toutes les serviettes sont inclus. La cuisine manger est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, keurig, et tous les autres conforts de la maison. Le grand salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable et un concept ouvert. Bois accents de la maison du sol au plafond. Vous disposez d'un balcon privĂ© qui surplombe Howard Ă©tang pour se dĂ©tendre avec votre verre de vin ou de cafĂ©. Les gradateurs sur les plafonniers vous aider Ă  crĂ©er l'ambiance que vous cherchez.

Cette maison est trÚs calme et paisible aprÚs une longue journée de ski, l'équitation ou la motoneige. Cùble et wifi sont inclus.

Je vais réduire le prix considérablement pour une location saisonniÚre ou mensuelle.

Such a cozy and cute cabin. Perfect home for a weekend ski getaway - 15 minutes away from Sunday River. Beds were comfortable and the house was kept warm and clean. Host was very kind and easy to communicate with.

The space was cozy and inviting. A great spot to relax after a day of skiing at Sunday River which is so close. The kitchen had everything you need and beds were comfortable. A great place to getaway for a few days. The hosts were great about communicating about our visit too.

Ideal ski retreat for family of 4 - beautiful location on a quiet pond a easy 15 minute ride to Sunday River. Property was clean and well stocked with everything one would need. Communication and check in with Tracey was outstanding. Would stay again without hesitation.

Sweet place!

We thought this was a perfect place: reasonable distance to Sunday River but away from the crowds. House is as pictured! You enter from the ground level and walk upstairs, with the entry way being a great place to leave all your snow gear to dry out. Kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to cook dinner. Would def book again!

Wonderful experience

The property was clean, well stocked with all the essentials and an easy ride to both Black Mountain and Sunday River. A well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer is the key to our success when traveling with two little ones. Would definitely book it again!

Comfy cozy cabin!

What a beautiful location on Howard pond!! The cabin was very comfortable and cozy! The whiplash weather made it challenging for outdoor activities but loved just relaxing in the comfy living room. I loved walking in the neighborhood and would love to return in the summer! I loved exploring Bethel! Thanks

Great cozy place for ski trip

We had a great time staying at Tracey and Paul's place over the Christmas holiday. The location was fine - a very reasonable drive to the mountain at Sunday River. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Tracey and Paul were very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. It is a very rural area so be prepared to drive a bit in order to get to restaurants or food shopping but that didn't really bother us. Highly recommend!

Amazing chalet in the mountains with all the amenities

We absolutely loved this place and will be back. Everything was better than advertised: 1. The place was fully stocked with all utensils and non-perishables that you would need 2. It was about 15min from Sunday River (where we were skiing) 3. Paul and Tracey are among the nicest people we have met Will definitely be back up there

The house did not seem ready for rental.

We were lucky to have my son and his family on the pond. The place above the garage did not have much privacy only bc the owner has a house on the same property. Beginning had lots of company and neighbors walking up the driveway as a cut through. Pretty sure the rental had been vacant for a little while. The first night the bathroom was swarmed with little flies from the drains not being used. They did respond immediately the next day when I told them but I still had to buy insect spray to get rid of them and run the water down the drain the next night. The dust on the blinds and base boards caused dust mites so we were getting bitten. Parking was an issue because the 2 car garage is always used. We didn’t park far away by any means. Just had to check when they were coming in with their RV so we could be out of the way. For privacy purposes, pond view and pond access I would not rent again. Donna

Great ski weekend

My husband, myself and our 2 young kids had the best time at this cozy cabin in the woods. We skied Sunday River which was just a 20 minute drive up the road and the kids were always eager to go home to the “cozy cottage”. It was perfect for our family of 4 and I was amazed at how spotless the place was. Tracey and Paul were lovely to work with. Would definitely go back!

A great mountain getaway!

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying with Tracey on Howard Pond. The house was spotless on arrival, very easy to get to, and a quick drive from Sunday river. The WiFi unexpectedly went out and Tracey went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Ski weekend

Wanted to book a horn for my family to stay for an extended ski weekend, and was not disappointed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and even made sure the driveway was clear during a snow storm!! The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we could need. We will definitely come back next year!!

I built this home on the back lot of my lake front log cabin. Located in a four season area, it is a great vacation spot. Sunday River Ski Reaort is minutes away. There is easy walkable access to a public beach on Howard Pond. Views from the porch are spectacular.

Having a home in a four season resort area has been a dream for me, and i would love to share this experience with you.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This an easy 12 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort, yet provides the quiet evening you deserve at home. The balcony allows you to enjoy your cocktail outside for total relaxation while enjoying the tranquil environment.
It's a one minute walk to the town beach during summer months. Great swimming and kayaking. Trout and salmon can be caught in Howard Pond. The foliage in the fall is spectacular.
