The host communicated consistently. The apartment met all my needs and was located in a very charming neighborhood. Loved the about curtains in the bedroom. The host even emailed me after my departure and told me I’d left my doggy bowls and that she leave them on her Ponto pick up on my way home. Very sweet!

Darling little apartment at an affordable price. Easy stroll to the waterfront and old town neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood and a good nights sleep.We were surprised that Tacoma no longer has scooters or lime bikes -which are so fun to ride along the waterfront. But fortunately there's a bike rental just a few blocks from the apartment.

I stayed here for a local conference. Super convenient and great location. Check-in and parking were easy. While the hosts live upstairs, the entire suite still felt very private and they are available if you need anything. I really appreciated the mattress warmer (so cozy!), and I SUPER appreciated that the hosts left amenities in case you forget anything. I totally spaced on bringing my toothbrush and deodorant, but I didn't have to worry because they provided both! Total lifesaver. I didn't realize I left my pillow behind when I checked out until Tabitha reached out. She was very accommodating in making sure she was at home so that I could swing by to grab it after my conference was over. Can't recommend this place enough!

When we moved across country 5 years ago and landed in the North End we instantly fell in love! It’s quiet and walkable to cafes and the waterfront. We are also 5 minutes from downtown and the interstate. The charm and walkability of the area cannot be beat!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The 1 bedroom partially below grade apartment is the bottom floor of our 1926 duplex. We’ve upgraded it to bring forth the comforts of 2025. It really is home away from home vibes. It’s comfortable and private but also not a big business conglomerate ! We live upstairs and welcome you to enjoy our backyard at your discretion (note we tend to be doing a lot of projects back there!)
