Guest Access:

For a smooth and hassle-free check-in, we use a trusted platform called SuiteOp. You’ll receive a personalized link with simple, step-by-step instructions that guide you through the background check, the optional damage waiver, and the rest of the check-in process—making your arrival seamless and stress-free.



The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

Access & Key Policy

Fobs cannot access amenity spaces outside designated hours.

Each unit is limited to one key/fob—no extras can be issued.

Guest Policy

Maximum of 2 registered guests at any time; no additional visitors are permitted (day or night). This rule is strictly enforced by building management.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.



Good to Know:

A background check (no SSN required) is required.

Free valet parking is included; however, the garage cannot accommodate pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.

Important: If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning.

➤ While the pictures may slightly differ, the overall aesthetics and style remain consistent. We strive to maintain a similar look and feel to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

➤ Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

➤ Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property.

➤ Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to use their own login credentials for access during their stay and log out upon checkout.



★ A Background Check and Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. ★



➤ To ensure compliance with legal and property security regulations, you must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and pass a secure verification process for a criminal background check. This information is solely used for screening purposes and will not be retained or utilized for any other reasons.

➤ Presenting a valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Your check-in instructions will be provided upon successful completion of our verification process.

➤ Primary guest who made the booking must undergo background checks and submit required information prior to arrival. Secondary guest is required to submit a government ID. For same-day bookings, information submission is required within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria.

A few important notes:

Passing the check: This is a simple formality — our guests have never had any issues!

Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.

Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.

Your privacy is respected — no personal information is stored on our end.

Please note that the building management does not accept or hold packages on behalf of guests. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of all residents’ belongings and to prevent lost or misplaced items.

Important Notice: While marijuana is legal in Ohio, please be assured that our unit is 100% smoke-free. We take great care to ensure that our space remains clean and fresh, and we strictly prohibit smoking of any kind inside the unit. However, due to the legal status of marijuana in the state, there may be occasional odors in the building that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure that your experience in our smoke-free unit is as comfortable as possible.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and reviewing our cancellation policy carefully. This will help ensure you’re protected in the event of any unexpected changes to your travel plans.
