The property was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the extra amenities with items that may have been forgotten at home. We will definitely stay here again if it is available during our next visit. Communication was excellent as well!

The experience and access were a pleasant surprise. This was our first VRBO and will use for future stays. Hot tub was available and was an added touch to the stay.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was upstairs, bed was cozy and we enjoyed our stay! We brought our dog an the Linder Park was very close and great place for your dog to go.

Cozy Cottage is a lovely older home in a beautiful, established and quiet neighborhood in Cincinnati. We had a Mother/daughters extended weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very easy to find with our GPS, as well as, the directions provided. It was small, yet cozy. The neighbors were cordial and we felt extremely safe during our visit. The kitchen had everything we needed with all of the necessary, essential appliances. The bathroom is updated with a walk-in shower, is clean and nice, and actually quite large. The hot tub was an added bonus. It was clean and relaxing and made into a nice, private setting considering the close proximity of the neighbors.Our host, Nicole, could not have been nicer and more informative. Her correspondence and written communications throughout the process were remarkable. She quickly answered any and all questions we had.Overall, our stay was great and we enjoyed our extended weekend trip to Cincinnati.
