There was mold present in the house. There was a broken cabinet.there was no shower curtain in main bathroom. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the main bathroom and the dirty walls. There was no tiolet top in main bathroom.the curtain rod was broken in one of the bedrooms. There was only enough dishes for three people. I had to buy pots and pans to cook in because the pots and pans were scratched up and rusted. There was a chair in the basement with a broken leg. I wound up in the hospital due to not being able to breathe due to the mold

The listing description is not truthful. We wanted to stay with several families for an event. When we arrived, there were not as many beds as described in the listing. The listing describes two "futons" as beds for the house. The only furniture that could be what they are referring to are absolutely not futons. They are sofas. Very hard, even for sitting. They don't fold down to a bed and have arm rests that prevent an adult from lying down all the way. If they are supposed to be beds, they should also include bedding. In the whole house, I only found one sheet, one blanket, and two pillows. Apparently we are supposed to sleep on a bare faux leather couch and count that as a "bed." Our group was not able to stay due to this and the host stopped communicating as soon as I messaged with an issue. Other issues with the house:-Stairs to the basement level most likely have multiple code violations, including an overly steep pitch, low ceiling, and handrail installed upside down and not securely.-Listing even includes "soap" as a feature. There was only one container of hand soap in the entire house, in the downstairs bathroom. -Listing says it sleeps 12 but only had 6 bath towels. -No hand towels at all, and not even a towel rack to hang on in the bathroom if I had brought my own. -Lower level bathroom door: not only is this door broken at the bottom, it sits at least an inch away from the wall so that you can see directly in to the toilet when it is "closed."

Banister is installed upside-down and is not attached firmly to wall.

It served the purpose we needed, to have a place to sleep while visiting family. It had plenty of room for everyone. Location was convenient to places/family.I would not describe the property as luxurious. Sparcely decorated, very old bath towels and washcloths. No hand towels, body wash or hair dryer. One headboard was broken, but could still use the bed. No dishwasher.The freezer was dirty and no ice maker. Broken slats in window blinds. Grass was way past needing a cut. For me, this is not a place I could stay longer and feel relaxed like on a vacation.
