The Host was awesome! Very kind, attentive, and responded quickly to my requests. Parking was good - had mo trouble getting in space. Many nearby shops, eateries, fuel stations, and Kroger grocery store. Rooms were clean to the satisfaction of my niece who stayed with me and my friend who stopped by.

The property was was beautiful, quiet and secluded while still being close to town. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk out the door and see the pond. Super convenient for us, visiting family in a nearby town; excellent grocery nearby. Really lovely deck to over-watch the pond and frogs, and appreciate cool trees & plants. Good beds! Really tucked in, safe, good parking and 100% reasonable pricing.Check in with the host about any mobility challenges. There are uneven stairs down to the unit, and a step up/step down to the toilet and tub/shower. Absolutely fine for the fully able-bodied, and worth noting for anyone who is not. We loved the place and will be back!

Parking was great. The area was okay. The Wi-Fi wasn't the best but it was doable. The walkway was my only concern. But it was doable. Other than that everything else was wonderful. The manager of the property was very tentative and gave clear explanations of what need to be done.

A reservation was made for two guests; however, more than 10 individuals arrived at the property. The group consisted primarily of young people who appeared to be unsupervised. This was a clear violation of the signed rental agreement and house rules regarding occupancy limits and unauthorized guests. Due to the severity of the situation and the guests’ refusal to comply, local law enforcement was contacted to assist with removing all occupants from the property. The renter’s mother later contacted me and used abusive and profane language after I explained that, because the guests materially breached the rental agreement, they were no longer entitled to remain on the property. VRBO customer support was involved because of the significant contract violations and the need to document the incident. This reservation involved: *Unauthorized guests * Excessive occupancy * Violation of house rules * Police intervention * Verbal abuse from the renter’s family For the safety of the property and surrounding neighbors, the reservation was terminated immediately.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Carla Owens

Image de profil de l’hôte
I’m a host based in Georgia, and I take pride in creating welcoming, comfortable spaces for guests who value peace, respect, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

I enjoy nature, and providing a calm environment where people can relax or focus without distractions. Living in a wooded setting has taught me the value of quiet moments, fresh air, and intentional living.

I enjoy hosting because I genuinely like helping people feel settled and cared for, whether they’re traveling for work, visiting family, or simply needing a change of pace. I believe a great stay comes from clear communication, a clean and well-maintained space, and a host who is attentive without being intrusive.

Hosting allows me to share a peaceful part of my home and create positive experiences for people. If you’re looking for a warm, quiet retreat with a thoughtful host, I’d be happy to welcome you.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose this neighborhood because it offers something many travelers appreciate but don’t always find, peace, privacy, and easy access to everything you need. Tucked away in a quiet, wooded area, it’s a place where you can truly unwind after a busy day, whether you’re here for work, visiting family, or just taking a break.

At the same time, you’re never far from the action. We’re conveniently located near Atlanta, major highways, local restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials, so exploring the city or enjoying nearby nature is simple and stress-free. Guests love having the option to head out and explore, then return to a calm, comfortable space at the end of the day.

This neighborhood feels safe, welcoming, and grounded, with a natural setting that makes it easy to slow down and feel at home. It’s exactly the kind of place I’d want to stay myself, and that’s why I’m happy to share it with guests.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A standout feature is the large natural boulder on the property, which gives the space a distinctive, grounding character you won’t find in typical stays. Combined with mature trees, fresh air, and a comfortable, thoughtfully prepared interior, it’s a place where guests can truly relax and feel at home.
