Comfortable stay

Host was great and the stay was comfortable. Only negative is you can hear the neighbors through the walls, however, it is to be expected in a multi-family property. We would stay again.

Nice place

Close to everything we had planned while visiting Atlanta. Very quiet street. House was spacious for the 3 of us and our dog. House was clean on arrival and host was very responsive to emails. Would stay here again.

1st Family Visit to Georgia!

Our trip started out on shaky ground - I had to communicate with our VRBO Host....Tai immediately handled the situation with instant care and hospitality! I was impressed by his warmth and understanding, and my family thoroughly appreciated him. I rarely give reviews but he deserves this! This property was a perfect home for our family and very pet friendly

An Excellent Property

I stayed at Tai’s place for my pre-wedding gathering with my bridal party. Tai was very attentive and he was very prompt in answering my questions/concerns. His home felt just like a home away from home. It was very inviting, clean, organized and well decorated. It was the perfect place to stay before my big day. When I need another getaway I would definitely rent his property if it’s available.

It was ok, the area was run down, obviously not the owner's fault, but it is something people should know. The condo needs attention to cosmetics but it's not detrimental, the driveway needs to be replaced, not sure if the owner owns the whole lot, but it is still relevant to the outside aesthetics. It was clean and comfortable, and ok for three nights. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

Clean, cozy great place to stay.

Me and my girlfriend were driving back from Florida when we noticed nascar was in Atlanta for the weekend so we decided to stay and see the races. The house was as described in the listing. Very clean upon arrival. The only 2 minor things keeping it from 5 stars is in some spots the floor caves in a little and the top stair has a spot that caves in also. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom sounded like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Those are minor things that I noticed that others may not care about. It’s great place to stay out if your just looking for nice small place to stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I had lived in this Unit for a year and had renovated it from the previous landlord. Including the entire exterior. This was done with the idea to allow others to enjoy it after me. It is a peaceful neighborhood right next to Tara blvd which is full of spirits and shops. You can literally find anything you need on this road which will lead you directly to Atlanta.
