This bright new build (2025) is located just outside the Tuscaloosa city limits in a lively, growing neighborhood. You're only about 15 minutes from the University of Alabama, Bryant-Denny Stadium, and downtownâmaking it a great home base for game days, campus visits, or exploring the area.
Need to grab a bite or stock up on essentials? Local restaurants, grocery stores, and conveniences are all close by. Heading south? Check out Moundville Archaeological Park and Big Mike's Steakhouse. Heading north? Don't miss the Children's Hands-On Museum, Museum of Natural History, and Waysider- the historic place Coach "Bear" Bryant made his breakfast haunt.

You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked ownerâs closet located in the primary bathroom. Please do not try to access it during your stay. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Guests have access to a privacy fenced backyard with a gas firepit, seating, gas BBQ Grill, and yard games for the whole family. Down the street you will find the neighborhood BBQ grills, firepit, and covered pavilion. Additional outdoor chairs are located in the garage if they are needed.

Each of the four bedrooms includes a smart TV, a Purple mattress (1 king + 3 queens), and luxurious 100% cotton linens to ensure a restful nightâs sleep. Full-length mirrors, nightstands with a charging port, and generous closet space add convenience to every stay. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully styled throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials to cook and serve meals with ease. A drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, crockpot, bakeware and complete cookware set are included. The space flows into the dining area with seating for six at the table, plus bar seating at the islandâideal for family dinners, game day snacks, or morning coffee chats.
ââ OUTDOOR SPACE ââ
Step outside for some fresh air and fun in our privacy fenced backyard which includes a gas fire pit, seating, a gas grill as well as yard games such as Jenga, Cornhole, Connect Four, and Axe Throwing located in the outdoor cabinet to make outdoor lounging even better! Additional seating is in the garage and guests are welcome to bring these to the backyard. Enjoy the amenities in the backyard, or head to the neighborhoodâs covered pavilion, which features a BBQ grill and fire pitâperfect for evening hangouts or casual cookouts. The outdoor area is a great spot to unwind, gather, and enjoy a true Southern stay.
