This Condo apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Queen Suite - Queen sized bed and closet

King Suite - King sized bed with Walk-in closet and attached bathroom

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including toaster, brita, glasses, cutlery, cookware and keurig.

This unit also features a balcony.

No extra guests without hosts consent. if gathering is more than 4 people a $150 charge per extra guest will be applied.

There is a charge applied to early and late check in and late check outs.

These apply to check ins that are beyond the timings given through the listing which are 3pm-11pm.
For check outs later than 12pm chargers will also apply.


Absolutely NO parties allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Any of these will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and guests needing to vacate the premises.

Getting Around:
Free parking is available on the premises. Public transportation options, including buses and the metro, are just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to explore the city without a car.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules:

▶NO parties. There will be a $1000 fine and the reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund

▶Unregistered visitors are NOT allowed. Bringing additional guests without prior approval will result in a $1000 fine, whether they stay or not

▶NO commercial photo/video shoots without prior approval. Unnotified commercial shoots will be fined $1000/day

▶NO pets without prior approval, or a $500 fine will apply. With approval, a pet fee of $50 per pet applies every 3 nights with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. All pets must be house trained –the pet fee will NOT cover the additional costs if your pet soils/damages any aspect of the unit

▶NO smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $2000 fine (please smoke at the designated area OUTSIDE)

▶Keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening

▶Mail/parcels can NOT be sent to this address

▶All food deliveries must be picked up in the lobby

Check-In/Check-Out:

▶Subject to availability, an early check-in can be offered upon request for an additional fee of $50 per hour

▶Subject to availability, a late check-out can be offered upon request for an additional fee of $50 per hour. If you check-out later than 2 hours you will be charged the next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property.
Checking out late at any time past the checkout window without prior permission will be charged the next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property.

Other Fees:

▶Other extra cleaning fees such as couch cleaning, carpet cleaning, ozone treatment, unapproved pet's fur and stains may be applied specifically

▶Hand/bath towels missing will be charged $30 each

▶Missing key or fob will result in an extra charge of $100 per fob, $200 per garage door opener, $100 per key

▶If you lock yourself out of the unit, a $200 emergency fee will be applied to have someone come unlock the door

This is a residential building, noises are possible including elevator noises, foot traffic in the hallway, and unit and staircase doors opening or closing.
This building is located in the city, there is a possibility for outside noises including vehicles.
The pool, sauna or gym may undergo maintenance at any time without notice.

We will not be held responsible for any of these occurrences as it is beyond our control.
