We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the condo did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the condition you described is not representative of the standard we expect for the unit. We have addressed these concerns directly with our cleaning team and appreciate you bringing the specific areas to our attention. The large private terrace and panoramic views are normally some of the most enjoyed features of the property. As an outdoor space in a high-rise environment, however, occasional bird activity can unfortunately occur between cleanings. The rooftop mechanical equipment mentioned is part of the building rather than the individual unit and is outside of our direct control, but we have passed along the noise concern to building management. We’re pleased that you found the check-in process, communication, pool and views to be highlights of your family’s stay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to maintain the high standard we want our guests to experience.
