All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facilities located along side walkway laundry room. Bring your own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
The ground floor residence has 2 designated outdoor driveway spaces provided. The driveway fits most vehicle sizes, and is located along the inland side of property building. The 2nd floor residence has 1 designated parking space provided in a shared double garage. Fits mid-size/minivan vehicles - no SUV's due to low overhead clearance. General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION:
Easy walking distance to the Newport Pier area, complete with restaurants, shops, sight-seeing, recreation and more! Other nearby establishments within 2 short blocks: major grocery store, banks, eateries, coffee, and more shopping opportunities at the waterfront Lido Marina Village! Ditch the car keys and enjoy our town on foot & on beach cruiser, or simply relax with a good book on the ocean view patio.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

Dogs may be allowed with prior Manager approval. Restrictions on number, size, and breed apply, and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged.
