After weeks of searching, we were lucky to find this place for a long weekend getaway! This is one of the rare beachfront properties that is updated, in a good/central location, and spacious enough to fit 7 adults comfortably. And you can't beat being right on the sand and able to watch sunsets from the living room! Pat was a great host too and communicated detailed info in advance. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were blown away with the location but that was a given. What was really nice was that the property had plenty of pans and utensils to cook with, towels, beach toys and enough toiletries to make it through a week. Too often other listings have the bare minimum and shopping is a day 1 need. Great property!!!

We had a wonderful time. Love staying right on the beach. Home was clean. Host was great. Ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Only wish the garage was higher. We had two trucks and a car. But, we found a spot for one truck across the street and parked the other in front of the garage. It all worked out. Definitely would stay again!

My group had a wonderful time staying at this Newport Beach property. Really nice accommodations with amazing views of the Pacific ocean. 25 mins from Disneyland, which is what we were there for. being able to walk directly from the outdoor patio onto the sand was really fun for the kids. It's also in close proximity to the pier and restaurants. Easy parking, clear instructions from the property owner, etc. We'll be back!

Beautiful relaxing place

This was a family vacation. There was lots of room for the 3 families and grandparents! The beach in front of the place is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our vacation here.
