Frais et propres, peinture et sols neufs, automne 2019! Emplacement parfait à seulement 1 mile du centre-ville historique de Beaufort, à 8 km de l'ßle Parris et à 1/4 mile du parc au bord de l'eau avec jetée, débarcadÚre, Dockside Seafood Restaurant au bord de l'eau et taverne au bord de l'eau de la station de remplissage.
Le premier étage comprend un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine ouverts et lumineux, un porche ouvert, une demi-salle de bain et une buanderie, un porche arriÚre avec moustiquaire et un grand patio dans une cour clÎturée avec barbecue au charbon et siÚges extérieurs. La chambre Carolina au premier étage est meublée avec 2 lits jumeaux et 2 canapés-lits de 6 pieds, parfaits pour les enfants ou les petits adultes. Le deuxiÚme étage comprend une suite principale avec lit king et deux autres chambres, une avec lit king et une avec deux lits jumeaux, et une deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte. 8 adultes dans des lits et 2 enfants dans des canapés-lits ainsi que 2 matelas pneumatiques disponibles.
Aucun meilleur endroit pour profiter de tout ce que le Lowcountry a Ă  offrir. PrĂšs de Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, de nombreux restaurants et tavernes. Hunting Island State Park Ă  seulement 20 minutes en voiture.

I had very high hopes for this rental. Seemed like all of the reviews were positive and I was really excited to stay while being in town with a lot of family members for my son’s graduation. As soon as we got inside I saw how dirty the house was. Sticky tables with dried puddles of mystery liquid, dirty toilets, dried food on the table, moldy split AC unit
 the list goes on and on. I spoke with the manager and she seemed to be receptive but after my last message asking for the cleaning fee to be waved and 125 off of the rental due to its poor condition I haven’t heard back. That was 3 days before check out. I’m still waiting to see if they refund the money. most likely nothing will happen. It could have been a wonderful rental but the company clearly has no pride in what they offer and do not mind disappointing guests.

Communication was great. i needed extra time to check out and she was very accommodating which was greatly appreciated.Listing stated sleeps 10 and only slepted 9.Floors were gritty, one room the floor was extremly dirty. Washer and dryer were extremely loud. Overall, for the 2 1/2 days we were there, it met our needs.My only suggestion would be to hire cleaner.I

Beaufort Water Festival Weekend Getaway

This was our 3rd time staying here. This is the perfect place when bringing the boat since the boat landing is at the end of the street. It is also very convenient to the waterfront park. We arrived a little early and it was no problem to get in early. Tina was very prompt in responding on early check in. We had a great weekend and will be back.

Great House

This house was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had space to be together and separate throughout the stay. Very homie and close to a lot of things. The trees provide a great cover for the front porch. If we ar ever in Beaufort, SC again I would definitely stay there again.

good location

Up stairs bathroom, water drain slow in sink, exhaust fan did not work, no shampoo, soap in bathroom. No extra mirrors in house upstairs. cOULD NOT GET A SIGNAL ON TV up stairs. no coffee or sugar. No complamentray water. Yard was all weeds. I left me laptop. The lady who booked us was great! she mailed it back quickly. Few improvements would go a long way.

Great Location

We had a great stay in this cute blue house. The walkway to the town of Beaufort is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The walk is faster than sitting in the traffic to get over the bridge. Also, the park across the street is great for watching the sunset. Location is perfect to see all areas. Hunting Island State Park is a must - great walking trails and beach. Lots of shark teeth, too. Stop by Seaside Grill on the way or way back from Hunting Island State Park for a great meal for the seafood lovers and the non seafood lovers and vegetarians. The trip to the Savannah Airport was under an hour.

Awesome location!

It was so convenient to just walk across the bridge into town! We enjoyed our entire stay! My only complaint would be that the sheets were kind of older and the elastic was stretched out so they didn't stay on the beds too well. Other than that..10 out of 10!

Parris Island Graduation

Loved the location and proximity to Parris Island as well as restaurants and activities. Quiet property except for when the Filling Station restaurant had music. It’s very close and was like we had our own concert going on. Didn’t bother me but worth noting. Bring toilet paper, we were not provided enough for the duration of our stay. Lacking frying pans so if you need them bring them. Other than those details we were pleased.

Beaufort Home that was beautiful.

Property was great but some members of my family said the beds were not comfortable. This was the upstairs bedroom with two single beds. The beds would be fine for children, just not adults. No internet provided, which I thought was strange. The house and property are beautiful.

Great place

This was our 2nd stay here. We love it. It is perfect for friends and family. The location is the BEST! We brought the boat and the landing is just up the street. Also perfect for our dog. We love the back porch and the fenced in yard. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Super convenient to the bayfront also.

Great family rental for Marines Corps Graduation

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and perfectly suited to our needs, especially for attending the Marine Corps Graduation at Parris Island. Located just a short 10-minute drive from Parris Island, this rental provided an ideal home base for our family during this momentous occasion. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The house was spacious and well-appointed, offering ample room for our family to relax and celebrate together. With comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. The close proximity to Parris Island was a huge plus, allowing us to easily attend the graduation ceremony without any hassle. It was incredibly convenient, especially considering the excitement and emotions surrounding such an important event for our family. Additionally, the location also provided easy access to Beaufort, allowing us to explore the charming town and enjoy its many attractions. Whether we were strolling through historic streets or dining at local restaurants, there was always something new and exciting to discover just a short drive away. Overall, our experience was great and we highly recommend this property.

Great location, cleanliness disappointing.

Beaufort is a great destination and close to a lot of the places we wanted to see. Lots of history, great restaurants, and kayaking. There is a beautiful little park almost across the street. Fenced area for our dog.

Parris Island graduation

We loved this house! It was a short drive to Parris Island. Great restaurants nearby. Convenient to Walgreens, Publix, and other shopping areas. Beds were comfy. Some places in the house are starting to show some age. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. There were 8 in our party.

Beaufort Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved this adorable house. It is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. It is a block from the boat landing. The waterfront park is an easy 3/4 mile walk. Conveniently located to Publix, restaurants, parks, etc. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. This house is definitely on my list to stay at the next time we go to Beaufort. The only drawback is the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, so the people staying downstairs still need to go upstairs for bathing. But that did not create a problem for us.

This home is perfectly located for any reason to stay in Beaufort. 10 minutes to Parris Island, 2 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 17 miles to the beaches and resorts. Everything is as close as it gets and you can walk 15 minutes to Historic downtown, 3 minutes to the river, or 5 minutes to the bar.
