Welcome to Woodside Beach House, a luxury waterfront retreat in the heart of Holmes Beach. Designed with comfort and elegance in mind, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and island charm.
Nestled on a large canal that feeds directly into Bimini Bay, the property is ideal for boating enthusiasts and those who enjoy serene water views. The chefâs kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and finishes, making it a dream for cooking and entertaining. Each bedroom features its own private ensuite, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Step outside to a truly exceptional outdoor living space. The private heated pool is surrounded by a very large multi-level deck with plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the water, gather around the fire pit in the evenings, or relax in one of the comfortable lounge areas. This inviting setting is perfect for making the most of Floridaâs beautiful weather, whether youâre soaking up the sun or winding down under the stars.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Woodside Beach House offers both privacy and convenience. The Gulf beaches are just a 15-minute walk away, and local shops and restaurants are within easy reach.
With a 28-night rental minimum, this stunning home is designed for an extended island escape where you can truly relax, recharge, and live like a local.
PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
*Note that the garage is owner-use only and is not available for parking
DOCK/BOATS: Dock is approximately 20ft.
NOTE: For security and insurance purposes, there are exterior-only video cameras on the premises.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
