Beachfront Home, Spacious Deck Overlooking Ocean and Private Path to the Sand

This delightful house sits directly on the beach in Rockaway Beach, offering unbeatable views of the Pacific and direct access to the sand. When you are ready to enjoy the sand between your toes, simply use the private path down a few steps to the beach!

Please note that we have beds to sleep up to 5 adults (king bed, queen bed and twin day-bed), but welcome up to two more kids if you would like to bring air mattresses!

This home features beautiful tile floors throughout, windows across the back of the home overlooking the ocean and a large private deck with outdoor furniture for you to take in your coastal experience every minute of your stay.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a double range oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and trash compactor. You will also love the large front apron sink, and custom cabinets and countertops.

Curl up in front of the wood burning fireplace for some of those chilly coastal nights or stretch out on the sectional and watch your favorite show on the TV. Explore our library of books, movies, games and puzzles, perfect for relaxing on a rainy morning or unwinding before bed.

Entertainment options are endless during your stay. Our home is located within walking distance of Rockaway's charming downtown shops and eateries, and just a short drive along the scenic Oregon Pacific Highway to iconic destinations like the Tillamook Cheese Factory, Blue Heron French Cheese Company, Manzanita, Cannon Beach and Oceanside. There are beautiful scenic viewpoints and activities to explore, including boardwalks, a light house, crabbing/fishing, train rides, an air museum, waterfall hikes, and so much more. This home is the perfect location for enjoying the beach and ocean and exploring all the Oregon coast has to offer!

For guests staying with young children, we have a pack-n-play with a bassinet, a small booster seat for dining and sand toys available (in the outdoor shed)!

Here, you are only steps from the shore with 7 miles of beautiful uncrowded beach. If you're looking for a truly relaxing time at the coast for yourself, with your family/friends, or for a romantic getaway for two, you will not find a more comfortable home on the Oregon coast!

Four of us recently stayed for a week at this beachfront home and it was fantastic! We spent lots of time savoring the view of the beach from the deck and the beach access was steps away. We loved that the plantings at the side of the deck provided a wind break, so we could sit outside all times of the day and the sunsets were just stunning!The house itself has large windows, so you can enjoy the ocean even on rainy days.We loved how the house was so cosy and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. In fact, we all felt that this was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at and could tell that the owners had put a lot of thought into just what visitors would need and use. Not only lots of pots, pans and utensils for cooking, but spices and condiments, zip lock bags and foil, coffee and tea, plus lots of other fine touches. It was all appreciated!Everyone slept well as all of the beds were very comfortable, plus there is just something special about all of that fresh ocean air and walks on the beach that is so relaxing.We noticed that there are lots of sand toys for young ones, 2 portable beach chairs, binoculars to use, and an outdoor hose to rinse off beach sand. Puzzles, a piano, and a fireplace all add to the indoor fun!We would definitely recommend this beach house as every communication was thoughtful, straightforward, and timely. We can’t wait to visit again!

Could not ask for a better view! Nothing but ocean! Perfect house for a beach get away. My husband and I loved rhe front sun room for coffee and wine. Loved taking long walks on the expansive beach. Very well stocked kitxhen. Hosts were amazing. Would absolutely come back!

We spent a lovely weekend at this beautiful beachfront house and had a wonderful time. The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived, with a kitchen stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals—pots, pans, good knives, and all the essentials.The highlight for us was definitely the deck directly on the beach. There’s something special about stepping out and feeling like you have the sand almost at your doorstep. We loved our early morning and evening beach walks; the beach was easily accessible which made relaxing so much easier. As evenings hit, curling up in front of the fireplace added a cozy charm to the stay—perfect for slowing down and enjoying the quieter moments.The beds were very comfortable; it was easy to get needed rest after full days of exploring. We also appreciated being able to drive out to nearby towns and take in more of the Oregon Coast—it added variety and adventure to the trip.Liz was a wonderful host—super responsive to any questions we had. Checking in and out was smooth and hassle-free. Everything felt very well organized.Overall, this was a refreshing, comfortable stay. We felt welcome and relaxed the entire time and would absolutely love to come back again.

Beautiful and Quaint

This was our 2nd stop along the coast and the location, scenery, and coziness of the cottage was perfect! Our family of 5 enjoyed the deck, access to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The large flat beach was perfect for running, walking, and hanging out. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would recommend for a family, friends or couples.

The beach front bungalow was so cozy and cute. Completely comfortable and the weather was absolutely perfect. The fireworks on the beach were pretty awesome too. Highly recommend. I believe it just got sold though.

Breathtaking views!

The location of this property is amazing - right on the beach! It really takes advantage of the cie by having a large deck with nice seating as well as a sun porch with a day bed. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, as was the laundry room. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

Family Bonding

This little beach house was perfect! Fantastic views from all the important places in the home. Great fireplace, has all the necessities and more. We walked to the little town of Rockaway and walked the beach every day. We loved every bit of our stay.

Perfect Birthday Vacation

We booked this cottage for 4 nights and it was amazing! The views are worth it alone. The house is cozy and has views from almost every room. Nice fireplace, well stocked kitchen and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Highly recommend!

Location Location Location!!

This small house right ON THE BEACH is delightful! Very nicely decorated without being fussy; nice new appliances, a working fireplace, and a beautiful bathroom were pluses! The galley kitchen is a little tight for more than one cook, but just come with someone you love to cook with! The third "bedroom" is a closed-in porch without any real privacy, but would be great for early risers, with it's wide ocean view. We spent a long weekend here in late Feb and it was just swell!

Great getaway

Home was perfect for two couples. Clean and well equipped. Quiet location with excellent view of Ocean and easy access to miles of beach. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shops.There was a music festival on Saturday that was a lot of 😊. Great stay. Be aware that there is not a way to hang clothes in the front bedroom.
