Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. No pets allowed. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

Entry to the property occurs after a steep flight of rock / concrete stairs. All guests must recognize and agree that they have the ability to safely navigate stairs as a condition of use.
