This place is decent, affordable and conveniently located in Koreatown area. Two block walk to Walmart. 20 minute walk to a really nice beach.

The rooms had a fresh clean smell to them. It was nice and tidy. We had a great view of the mountain. Super reasonable price. We took advantage of the 5.00 breakfast coupon and one free coffee drink from the CU store.

This property is located, conveniently to a lot of things, including Walmart, restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk from a lovely public beach. The room was clean, the beds were old and lumpy, The water pressure is terrible on the 12th floor, and the old window unit air conditioners don’t work that great due to the old louvered windows that are still in place since the 50s when they built this building. The staff was nice, the pool is barely adequate. The photos of the property were enhanced. The five dollar breakfast was the best deal in town! If you like mid-century modern, don’t mind a few inconveniences, this place is priced fairly and I would consider staying there again.

While the location is under some renovations and we didn’t get to see the koi fishies, we had a lovely brief stay in some beautifully renovated rooms. The location was great (close to Don Quijote and the Ala Moana mall area) and the staff were all very lovely too!

Overall, our stay was good! We stayed longer than most vacationers so it worked out for us. The surrounding area walking distance, was great for shopping and eating. There was a Catholic church around the corner. Alamoana Mall was close by with a Lyft, but still a bit far if walking with purchases. For beach goers, it was not as convenient if you had no vehicle. Walking to the nearest beach was tasking and through a major intersection. Did learn that many visitors were medical referrals. Staff were professional and accommodating. They do not have continental breakfast, they do however have a detached restaurant and are given coupons. The coupons allowed for discounted breakfast which were hearty and pretty good for their price. But pay attention to how many you are given as you are give 1 ticket use per day which covers 2- people, if your party is larger, they would pay regular price for their meal while coupon holders pay 5. The rooms are a bit dated although it was said to be updated. Windows have thin panes as you can hear commotions, construction and sirens even on the 10th floor. But for basic and not luxury needs, it worked for us. I would stay there again if I had to. Thanks!
