This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Austin. Amazing host and house and walking distance to everything Austin!

A 5-Star review is not nearly enough for this sweet property! We were smitten the second we walked through the door and our love for this place only grew with every day of our stay. We were there for a 5 day stay over the course of the ACL Festival weekend. While the location is SO close & convenient for the festival & downtown Austin, it is still a quiet, pedestrian friendly neighborhood. We couldn't hear any rush hour or weekend traffic. We fell in love with the neighborhood - the neighbors and their fur babies were all so friendly. If I was a business trying to lure a family to move here, I'd set them up in this bungalow! This is a new remodel and Christy (the FAB host & designer) paid meticulous attention to every detail -(inside & out). The add-on was SO well done that I never could make out the old vs. the new. She did an amazing job of creating privacy without completely boxing it in.The inside is better than the pictures show. The flow is perfection and offers so many seating and hanging out options. The furniture is as comfortable as it is cute! We cooked full meals and were creating projects and never got cramped. The beds and bedrooms were comfy cozy! Her choices for the colors and wall treatments had us all admiring the richness and texture. The master bath needs its own shout-out! Ohhhh that shower!!! I'm pretty sure a choir of angels sang out as I stepped into that glorious shower!!! Christy & this property deserve way more than 5 stars!!! Truly!!!

I’ve stayed in several places in Austin, and this is by far the best!! Tucked into a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance from Zilker Park, downtown, and South Congress, this gem of a house is clean, quiet, and picture-perfect inside — uncluttered and comfortable, with indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering and three separate bedrooms for privacy. There are high-quality linens, beds, and appliances. Christy is welcoming and easy to communicate with, attentive without being instructive. We can’t wait to stay in this sweet bungalow again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Christy’s home in Austin! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout — we especially loved the beautiful CafĂ© du Monde painting in the master suite.The location couldn’t have been better — close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and just a short drive to downtown. We even walked easily to Zilker Park! We loved starting and ending each day on the peaceful patio.Christy is an amazing host, and it’s clear that this home is truly a labor of love for her.We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town!
