Cette maison est situĂ©e dans un haut de gamme et quartier calme cachĂ© derriĂšre un grand chĂȘne. Il a deux Ă©tages avec la salle de sĂ©jour, cuisine, salle d'eau, et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur patio couvert / projetĂ© sur le premier Ă©tage. A l'Ă©tage, il ya trois chambres prĂ©vues avec un lit queen dans chaque chambre (3 au total), 2 salles de bains, et buanderie (lavage / machines sĂšches inclus). Il ya un espace avant patio de quitter en toute sĂ©curitĂ© des vĂ©los, poussettes, etc., et un parking couvert pour deux voitures (plus stationnement sur la rue).
Cette maison est assez nouveau avec des planchers en béton teinté modernes sur la premiÚre histoire et de bambou étages au deuxiÚme étage. Il a été construit avec l'environnement à l'esprit et tout est à haute efficacité. Le mobilier et la décoration est trÚs éclectique de tous les différents endroits: le Venezuela, le Mexique, le Japon, la Thaïlande, etc.
WiFi haut débit, piste cyclable en face de la propriété, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon, des fauteuils en cuir inclinables dans le salon, et bien plus encore.

Eclipse 2024 Loved the home Walking distance to Barton Springs , restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . I would love to be a repeat occupant.

Nice place

Nice little place very close to Barton Springs road and Zilker Park. It comfortably slept 6 people. It has a very large dining table. The house was exactly as described. It is about 1/2 a mile from Zilker Park with a sidewalk the entire way. The house sits at the top of a fairly steep hill, but it’s not a problem to navigate if in decent shape. I highly recommend this place if looking to explore the Barton Springs/zilker park area

Great location.

Beautiful spacious townhome that is in a great, quiet location. Short rides to Congress st and downtown. Naomi was very responsive and made sure our needs were met. I’d highly recommend this townhome if you’re coming to Austin.

Very comfortable and in a great location

I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday with my husband, two kids, and my mother-in-law. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Just a short walk down the hill gets you to the park. We had no issues with the temperature control like a previous renter and due to cold temps at night and warm temperatures during the day we had to switch from heat to A/C several times and the unit worked just fine. The beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to walk into Christmas decorations as well! It was a great location to have easy access to downtown Austin, as well as all that South Austin offers. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house!

The house was great for our group of six. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The furnishings were very eclectic and interesting and we loved hanging out in the screen porch. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Not comfortable or worth the price

Ok location from distance, but keep in mind it is UP HILL the entire way back from Zilker. Not a huge issue if you're in shape though. House was nice enough from the looks. 3 comfortable beds upstairs with 2 baths. Nice patio out back with seating. Neat little entryway out front. Covered parking for two normal size cars. Why the low rating? We showed up for our stay (Friday) and walked in to the house the morning of our stay at 80F. We dropped the luggage off and dropped the ac a bit to cool if for out return after being in the heat all day. On our return the ac had not done anything and the house was still 80F. None of our group slept well as the house would not cool off. We contacted the owner first thing the next morning. While we were out for the day someone came by to look and we were told it was fixed. On our return (Saturday night) - the house was still 80 and the ac was not working. We again sleep bad. Opening the windows for a breeze helped but that backfired by the partying neighbors at 3am. We again notified the owner Sunday morning and left for breakfast. We were gone maybe 55 minutes and were told someone stopped by while we were out. The ac was frozen per that visit. We left it off but noticed that water was now leaking from the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan (directly below ac) leaving that bathroom unusable. We were told it would be fixed that day within a few hours. We left for the day and returned that night to the ac working. So 2/3 of our trip was without ac. We promptly notified owner of issues. No refund or reimbursement as "we can't beat the location, convenience of parking and below market value lease." I cannot recommend a place at this premium price that doesn't have ac. I would not have considered it as an option if I had known. We were required to pay for 'damage' insurance and then seem to be on the hook to cover the ac visit cost as they had to pay a premium to have someone come out on a Sunday. I would advise somewhere else. If it goes write you may enjoy, but f something breaks it becomes your problem to work around. We've stayed towards town at just a bit further for 2/3 the price. The walk is longer but not as bad from the up hill side. Better pricing and more restaurants to have the option to walk to. We will head that way next time in town.

ACL 1 trip

My Wife and 2 children stayed here during ACL weekend one. The home met and exceeded all of our needs. We were very comfortable during our stay. The location was ideal for ACL, just a short few minutes walk to the main entrance. Good eats are just a short drive away. We will certainly book this property again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My mom bought this house as her retirement place. She bought it because she can walk to the hike and bike trail on Lady Bird Lake directly from her house. She loves doing that everyday. There are also the Barton Springs Pool and Deep Eddie's pool walking distance, which have spring water (no chlorine!) and are super refreshing during the summers.
