This is our second time to stay in this condo.. it's perfect, only half a block to the beach, very comfy for our family of 6.. Had all the things we needed to enjoy our beach days. . Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our little cottage rental- steps from the beach, parking was a breeze, pull the car right up to the back door to load the kids in, everything was well stocked and clean. My only regret is not having more time to take advantage of the community amenities which we discovered on our last night there because we had so many other things planned. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our state in A13 Surfbreak Cottage. We had two young kids, and this location could not be beat. Being on street level so we could easily load and unload through the patio was very convenient. The cottage was well-stocked, super clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
