2. Dogs must be on reservation prior to checkin or a $150 fee will be charged per pet brought. If you decide to bring your dog after booking simply message us and we can add your fur baby.
3. Early check-ins and late checkouts for an extra fee (based on availability). Message us to inquire.

2. Checkout instructions must be followed or fee may apply to cover additional fees from cleaners. Checkout instructions are in guidebook.
3. White bath towels should only be used on body and not used to clean stains, makeup or taken to the beach. Damaged towel replacements may have fee applied.
4. All white linens with stains may be charged a fee if cleaners cannot remove stains. We charge replacement cost only and not extra labor trying to save the linens.
5. Dogs must be house-trained and crated while left unattended. Damage or urine stays could be charged a fee to repair or replace.
6. No unauthorized parties or events. A cleanup fee of $500 will be charged parties or events outside of standard reservations.
