This freshly renovated 1-bedroom apartment offers modern comfort in a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood—just minutes from Downtown, Over-the-Rhine (OTR), stadiums, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. The apartment features one cozy bedrooms with soft linens, a comfortable living room perfect for relaxing or working remotely, and a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. Whether you’re traveling for work or pleasure, you’ll have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

*This review is about the 1-bedroom unit we got moved to last minute in the same building*Property was close to everything in the city, but host moved us to 1-bedroom unit last minute the day before arrival due to HVAC issue in the 2-bedroom unit. We understood and agreed. We got to the one unit bedroom and we saw brown spots all over the wall and baseboards, the bathroom sink was unusable because of how small and close to the wall it was (we has to use the kitchen sink), the shower had no hot water until we asked the host to come fix the water pressure and have hot water on our second night (even then the hot water was warm). The TV is old and lagged every time you pressed the button on the remote.Since we got moved from our original booking the host only offered a 20 refund for the whole stay.
