This 3,927 square foot contemporary home welcomes you with an open-plan kitchen, sun-drenched living areas, and a private work nook. Antique chandeliers from Asheville's historic Battery Park Hotel add a touch of elegance, while unique features like an exposed boulder on the deck and a deluxe dog kennel under the stairs make the home unforgettable. The main house offers three bedrooms and three full baths, including a main suite with a king bed, sitting area, private balcony, and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have two queen beds, and there is a full sleeper sofa in a cozy upstairs sitting area. Guests can relax with streaming TV, gather at the poker table, or enjoy a game of darts or indoor shuffleboard.

The guest cottage is a comfortable, fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bath residence that provides extra privacy for larger groups. It features a king suite with an ensuite bath and a bunk room with four twin beds, along with a kitchen, laundry area, and welcoming living space. For post-adventure relaxation, the “Bike Shack” offers a fun and casual hangout with bar seating, a mini-fridge, a dart board, and secure storage for gear.

Outdoors, you'll find a boulder-framed patio with a fireplace, a hot tub with mountain views, two fire pits, covered decks, a grill, and a bench at the edge of the property's signature boulder with panoramic views. The grounds also feature two professional disc golf baskets and plenty of quiet spaces to enjoy the scenery. Boulder Ridge is located in a quiet and scenic setting with easy access to Pisgah Forest and Asheville—approximately 15 minutes to Brevard, 29 minutes to Asheville Regional Airport, and 53 minutes to downtown Asheville.

Please note the property's natural boulder patio and overlook do not have railings, which is ideal for adventurous guests but something to consider for families with small children.
