This gorgeous main house accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus a trendy loft in the third bedroom.

Master Bedroom - What better way to start the day than picking your head up off the pillow with the sunrise and seeing spectacular views? Hop out of bed and take a couple steps out to your private master deck with a steaming cappuccino and breathe in the fresh mountain morning air. With a luxury king size bed, reading area, and full floor to ceiling tile bathroom, the master bedroom is your space for serenity

Also on the second level is the Mountain room which consists of a stylish Queen murphy bed in and take the steps up to the loft to find 2 twin built in beds and another incredible view window. Also with a full ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo packed with plenty of linens. This room outfitted with games and bean bags is always a hit with the kids!

The main level bedroom boasts a king sized luxe bed and full bathroom with shower/tub combo across the hall.

Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of linens and also roku TV’s!

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a scullery area in addition to a separate laundry area. The dining area seats 9 plus a kids table!


The first lounge is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with a 70 inch TV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The secondary lounge, or sunroom, is filled with natural light shining through the large windows. Enjoy the spectacular natural surroundings while soaking in the warm sunshine of this blissful oasis. Open up the windows for the fresh mountain air!

Two families? Multiple couples? Grandma and Grandpa joining? This is a completely separate space full with a two car garage, dedicated office room for remote work, peloton for working out, and full bedroom with full bath, kitchenette, and deck with great views of eastern sunrise! The office can also be used as a game room with our Xbox gaming console!

The bedroom consists of a king bed, twin day bed, and twin trundle.

In the office there is a queen sized pull out couch.

The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views and unrivaled privacy. With 3 decks, views and relaxation is abundant. Sip your wine on the top deck, your coffee on the middle deck, and soak in the 8 person hot tub on the lower deck! While in the hot tub, you can watch the ball game, your favorite movie, or TV show using our brand new outdoor movie projector and screen! A quaint seating area and BBQ grill are situated in the lower deck. Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that the Connestee Falls gated community has to offer, such as kids parks, fishing, canoeing, swimming, golf, pickleball, hiking, and tennis.

Guest Access:
This home is located in Connestee Falls, a gated community that allows access to its additional amenities for guests including world renowned hiking, 4 lakes, kids parks with swings, a golf course, swimming pool, and more!

A unique barcode will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the estate. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.

The Neighborhood:
If you haven't visited Connestee Falls before, plan some time for exploring. Inside the gates are some of the most amazing hiking trails with waterfalls throughout and mountain views in abundance. You have access to the community swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, pickleball, and gym. Bring your fishing rod because Lake Atagahi is a 5 minute walk down the hill where you can cast a line and catch fish. Any of the 4 lakes are available for you to fish. Atagahi Park is a 5 minute drive with an amazing swimming hole and playground for the kids. Bring a basketball and a picnic because Atagahi Park is perfect for the kids!

Getting Around:
The roads inside the Connestee Falls gates are very well maintained, especially in the winter. We usually receive 1-3 snows per year and the maintenance crew at Connestee Falls is well known for keeping the roads very well salted and plowed. You do not need to worry about having 4WD.
