This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome (1,894 sq ft) is quietly tucked away yet perfectly located â just a short stroll to the Savannah river, Eastern Wharfâs lively green spaces, restaurants, and concerts, and walkable to all of historic downtown.

Every bedroom is designed for comfort + privacy, with its own ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and luxury bedding including both a King Koil and Stearns & Foster mattress.
- Primary Suite (King) â Features a luxury medium feel King Koil mattress, plush bedding, and a spa-like ensuite bath with shower only. Located on the 3rd floor.
- Queen Bedroom Upstairs â Warm and inviting, with a soft, comfortable mattress and tub/shower combo ensuite bath. Located on the 3rd floor.
- Queen Bedroom Downstairs â A quiet retreat, with a luxurious Stearns and Foster queen size mattress and tub/shower combo ensuite bath.
Every bed is topped with fuzzy blankets and cozy linens, making this home as relaxing as it is stylish.
