Ce chalet à ossature de bois et poutres sur mesure de 10 ans comprend 3 chambres avec lits doubles. 2 petites chambres superposées avec 2 lits chacune.
4 salles de bain, (1) pleine au deuxiÚme étage (1 1/2) au rez-de-chaussée, et (1) pleine au sous-sol. Aire ouverte au premier étage avec cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Grande chambre avec télévision à écran plat et cheminée. Sortez le sous-sol avec table de billard et table de hockey sur air. Toute la maison est cùblée pour la musique avec des contrÎles de volume dans chaque chambre et une interface facile pour lecteur mp3!

Immense terrasse de vĂ©randa donnant sur la paisible riviĂšre Saco. Kayak, baignade et pĂȘche dans la cour arriĂšre. Grand foyer situĂ© dans la cour arriĂšre. Hamac et nombreux siĂšges Ă  l'extĂ©rieur inclus. Sentier pĂ©destre entretenu autour des 3 hectares.

This is the first rental we've stayed in that had flat bottom cookware. The worked great on the cook-top. The stairs are tricky. I fell on them and am still nursing a sore shoulder.

This rental was one our best so far! The house is fantastic with lots of room for multiple families. Check-in was easy, the kitchen is well equipped and the entire place was very clean! The grounds are also quite impressive. From the firepit to the large deck and down the path to the river, it's a perfect place to play or relax. We will definitely keep this place on our list to stay again...maybe next time in the winter!

Family River Fun

Beautiful large home right on the Saco river. The house inside and out was loaded with things to do, i.e., tree fort, fishing, swimming, ping pong table, pool table, arcade, fire pit, huge deck , We brought our kayaks and large 12 person rubber raft and had a blast on the river. Also, for a day trip, 40 minutes to StoryLand. We will definitely return.

Our family of 8 stayed here and loved everything about the cabin!!! Well supplied kitchen wonderful fireplace,if we had any complaints it would been beds were a little hard, but that is personal preference. Highly recommend and would definetly come back!

Incredible house and location

The post and beam house is INCREDIBLE and decorated to a tee. The location on the Saco was great for fishing and kayaking - and close to North Conway. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away but still have plenty to do.

End of summer vacation

Had a wonderful week using the property as a springboard for kayaking, hiking and shopping. Enjoyed grilling on the deck, cooking indoors and roasting marshmallows and hotdogs at the oversized fire pit. Several fantastic nights for stargazing. Also enjoyed a couple quiet nights making use of the TV downstairs and game room.

Great house, amazing for kids and super comfortable!

We vacationed with our 2 and 4 year old kids and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for kids with outdoor swings, sandbox and play room downstairs. We would love to come back!!

Very nice place with amenities for all ages.

Amazing place, very well maintained, they thought of everything when they built this place. Plenty of space, things to do and tons of nice would work and decor to look at. You would have a tough time finding a better property to rent for you and your family.

Winter Wonderland

It felt like a cabin straight from a Hallmark movie. It was cozy, comfy and spacious. The fireplace, decor, game room, huge deck and wonderful sledding hill made us feel right at home. The firepit and the swing by the river and the river itself was very relaxing even in the very cold weather. Linda the Host and David the caretaker were both warm and friendly people. Linda reached out to us to make sure we got settled in and all was comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful cabin in the woods

I stayed in this beautiful cabin over New Years and it was just lovely. Quiet, peaceful. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. The cabin is idyllic. Would recommend to anyone seeking to 'get away from it all.'

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We picked the sleepy town of Brownfield Maine to build our 3,000 square foot cottage because of the easy access to everything we might like to do including: the arts (music, local artists, craftsmen etc) including Stone Mountain arts Center. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating. Less then 1 hour to old Orchard Beach, or Freeport. Shopping and great restaurants of all types. Nearly (20) Ski resorts within an hour drive. Snowmobile and snowshoe trail access directly across the street.

Just about everything you would want to do from minutes to max 1 hour away.

We fell in love with the beautiful park like setting, to build our home. The ever changing Saco river is mesmerizing. We have the only peninsula on the river which we go to often and sit on our swing. It feels like a golden pond. Being so close to the river allows us to witness nature in all her beauty. To see turkeys, eagles, ducks, and deer. Are all part of the beauty of this place. A small piece of heaven.
