Perfect Location

This place is in a great city location right by restaurants and bars. Some people complained about bar noise in the evening but we did not really notice it. Was there noise? Yes but you are in downtown so it is expected Loved the feel of the unit.

Wiliam the property manager was great to work with. Everything was really easy, the place was really cute, the pool was wonderful, highly recommend!

Love the property wish we could have used the washer dryer as advertised in your listing. According to Will, they are not for visitors. Pool was nice but always had to call to get it turned on. Other then that a very nice place to stay.

Adorable Penthouse

This place is a total gem!! No complaints. Such a tropical feel and it’s hard to explore the city when you have such a beautiful little place to stay at. Eduardo is so nice too! My taxi driver called him and Eduardo biked to our driver and brought him to the location. The place is clean. The hammock is sooo comfortable! One sit and sure you’ll be dozing off. There is live jazz music close to the corner, soooo beautiful to hear it from the outdoor patio area while relaxing. And the liveliness is total walking distance. Def want to revisit and stay here again

Great space in the heart of Tulum pueblo

Very much enjoyed our stay & this great indoor/outdoor space. Excellent music coming from bars around the corner, we loved this! Not loud enough to keep you awake once inside the bedrooms with aiir conditioner on, Marcus & William were kind & helpful hosts, easy to get a hold of for any questions we had & super accommodating for a later than anticipated arrival. Smooth all around.

Great place to stay! All bars, restaurants, shopping walking distance. Beach is a quick cab ride away (about 100-180 pesos depending how far down the beach you go.)Yes, you can hear music from the bars but that did not bother us. Will return!

Our stay in this beautiful apartment added to the magic of Tulum. Clean and attractively decorated, it is centrally located and a perfect home base for day trips to the ruins, near by towns, the biosphere, and the beach! We enjoyed shopping at the food market around the corner, cooking, and relaxing at the end of the day in a lovely spot. William is a perfect host - welcoming, helpful, and considerate. Thank You! We hope to be back soon.

Property was lovely

Neighborhood is VERY LOUD! Bars nearby have loud music all night (until nearly 5:00 a.m.) Impossible to sleep. Knew in trouble when property manager supplied ear plugs. They did not help.

Loved it!

Tulum is a wonderful little town and this home is right in the heart of it; just step out and wander 1/2 block to restaurants, bars, live music, etc.. Eduardo was really nice to deal with; we had to leave another rental early (as it was a disaster) and Eduardo was very helpful in getting his place ready for us at very short notice. I loved the outdoor living concept and the décor is stylish and the whole space feels very private. We will be back!

Best Location..!!

This place was amazing and exceptional host. The title says it all. I couldn't expect anything better The apt was amazingly located, clean brand new and we received a very professional and helpful treatment There was 2 of us and plenty of space. Clean modern and unique. The neighborhood is a ton of fun. Really Cool Caffees, bars and restaurants right around the corner. Very private and within seconds you can be on the Main Street. It really is the best place to stay in tulum. It really is so convenient to restaurants, bars, and shops. Well designed, secure, and private. Would definitely stay here again!!! 10/10 Gracias..!!

KU Tulum was perfect!

KU Tulum was perfect for my short stay in Tulum Pueblo. It's on a cute little block behind Don Cafetos with many restaurants and bars. There's an excellent mojito bar on the corner with live music every night, as well as French, Mexican and gourmet sandwiches/salads restaurants. You can walk and bike everywhere! If you choose, a cab to the beach will cost you about 70-120 pesos, depending on which beach you visit. As far as the room, it had everything I needed and the outdoor kitchen and fridge were a nice touch. Bring your own toiletries. The only thing I can say is that the wifi wasn't working, but every place on the block has wifi. It felt very safe for a single woman traveling solo. William was very accommodating when I needed to depart late on my final day. Thanks again!

Ku Tulum, in Tulum town

These apartments are very well located one block off the main street in Tulum, and just around the corner from multiple restaurants, bars & shops. They are well designed, clean, and well maintained with very helpful staff. The outdoor kitchen, hammock and outdoor shower added fun options and a little something different. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend them!

Great Deal, Perfect in avery way.

This is the best place we've been in Tulum. Amazingly nice and equiped with all amenities such as Air Condition, Hot Water, TV, WiFi, etc. Wonderful Locatin with excellent Restaurants, Cafes and nice Shops few steps away. Everything was within walking distance. We enjoy Tulum glorious beach and experience Tulum Pueblo in this delightfil, clean and private Property. Emer and Bobby helped us in every way to make this trip fabulous, giving us ideas for things to do and places to go. We enjoyed every minute at Ku and would love to come back soon.
