Pine Creek Cottage Retreat

This is a two acre property that is secluded and private with a lot of land. There is a small creek that winds around the property that is the drain for nearby Lake Lansing. There are a lot of deer, rabbits, turkey hedghogs and ground squirrels that roam the property.

This area has a lot of parks and is near Lake Lansing lake, which you can access with the two bicycles or two kayaks that we have included.

You are about 3 blocks away from a large park on the lake
The space
This is a two bedroom house with one king size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bed has a high quality memory foam Casper mattress. There are 3 large screen TV's with Roku.

There is a sunken living room with lots of windows, a dinette area, a full kitchen, and one full bathroom.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a double oven, and is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, toaster and coffee pot. The coffee pot is a combo unit and accepts pods or ground coffee.

In the utility room is a washer and dryer and soap. Also, an iron and small ironing board are available.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the house, carport, and patio.

The separate large garage area and garage are not for guest access and will be in use commonly.
Other things to note
Do not block the driveway to the large garage it will be In use occasional by the owner or others to access the rear of the property where the garage is.

The carport and the parking spot adjacent to the car port is for your use. If you need additional parking you may park on any grassy area.
