The 85 inch TV, large dining room, and the biggest couch you have ever seen, makes our place the perfect gathering space for your family! Located on the picturesque Patrick Henry Lake area of Kingsport, this home is the perfect getaway for families and groups to celebrate the holidays or special occasions. Enjoy the quiet back deck with stunning mountain views!
INDOOR LIVING
Step inside and feel instantly at home in a warm, inviting space with a large leather sectional sofa and 83-inch smart TV, perfect for unwinding and reliving the day`s adventures and spending time with family and friends!
After a night out at the Hard Rock Casino or downtown Kingsport on Broad Street, retreat to one of three cozy bedrooms with plush bedding.

Bedroom 1 - Main Level - King Size Bed - Full bath en-suite with stand up shower

Our home is pet *welcoming* (We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.

There is a washer and dryer located in the garage/basement that is available for guests to use.
TELEVISION AND WIFI -
There are three Smart TVs in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.
The home features a high speed cable internet connection with 150+mbs download speeds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
This home features a fenced in backyard perfect for your dogs to play in and enjoy! The deck out back has seating, an outdoor dining table, a gas fire pit, and a gas grill.
PARKING
This home features driveway parking with plenty of space for 3-4 cars and one car in the garage. There is also street parking available in front of the house.
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house and yard.

I love this neighborhood! Its on a quiet, dead end street surrounded by the lake on both sides. I actually lived at this house for 7 years before making it a short term rental. I enjoyed seeing wildlife in the mornings and the proximity to everything while also still feeling secluded.

It is a wonderful entertaining space and is very well laid out. The large dining room, large couch and practically one level living (there is one step up to the bedrooms) make it ideal for people to gather!
