Welcome to Woodcrest Cottage- this charming home is located on top of a hill backed by a green belt centrally located with ease of access to the interstate where you can get to all of the Tri-Cities-

This home has been fully furnished to accommodate families or couples -

This home has all the comforts of home!! We have fully furnished the home with a everything you need to set your vacation off right!
We’ve accommodated our guests with New hybrid medium-firm mattresses in each of the bedrooms, new linens, new sectional couch, smart TV’s, charging stations in all the rooms and a BBQ for anyone who wants to grill!!

The kitchen also comes well stocked with all the things to make yourself and family a good meal-

We have designed the space for families in mind- (including infants)!

Ease of access to Interstate 81 and Interstate 26 -
Located 15 minutes to the Tri- Cities Airport
5 minutes to Warriors Park
10 minutes to Downtown Kingsport

The cottage was very well maintained and spacious. The host was very responsive and attentive to details. We felt right at home while visiting family in TN. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed to visit our family for Christmas. We had trouble getting the code as it was not sent to us the morning of by the owners. It all worked out and we were able to get in, but it was a bit stressful for a hot minute. VRBO corp. was very helpful in assisting us. The property is nice and worked for our family of 4

The house was very clean and like-new appliances. There was a nice size living with a big-screen TV as well as other smaller TVs in the bedrooms. The temperature was comfortable and could be adjusted if needed. There is a grocery store and several restaurants (including fast foods) within 2-3 miles. (No searching for a place to eat). It is located within a quiet residential area while still being within a couple of miles of the interstate. And if you forget anything, there is a Walmart within 4-5 miles. There is a herd of 6-8 deer that seem to appear daily during the dusk hours to do some grazing in the yards. A photographer could get some good pictures, but we enjoyed just watching. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

My husband and I always check the linens before we stay anywhere and we found leaves on the mattress and bed sheets. It is conveniently located near an Ingles grocery store which was very nice. The driveway isn’t the best and very steep. The outdoor lights going up the sidewalk to the front steps were broken. Inside the house the flooring is messed up going into the kitchen, in the kitchen (where a rug is covering it up), and the floor/house creaks.

Easy Access

This cute little property is all about the location. Easy access to the Tri-City area with grocery, coffee and dining options just around the corner. I would highly recommend this VRBO and plan on booking again in the near future!

Great location to Bristol Speedway

Property was older but appeared recently remodeled and tidy. Very comfortable for 6 adults. Great location to grocery stores, restaurants, the speedway and historic and other sites. Overall a great stay! Overall a great visit

Swim meet weekend

We chose this property because it was near the Kingsport Aquatic Center. It was clean, easy to find, and exactly as described. Check in and check out were easy. Sadly one of our boys got sick which meant two of us were only there a short time but the house was great and we’d definitely stay there again.

It was a cute place we just used it for mainly sleeping cause we had family there. Their were a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. I left a note but other than that it was a nice place to stay!!

Really cute & comfortable cottage. A bit difficult to navigate the driveway as it's steep and tight. The only negative was there was a smell of mold or mustiness on arrival and it got stronger through our stay.
