Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, also shared with the office, with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed and a table with a chair.



The home also includes a half bathroom.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Please park your vehicle(s) at the bottom of the driveway, ensuring the garage remains unobstructed. Street parking is not permitted due to HOA regulations. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us comply with community parking rules.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Portable crib available.

• Owner occupies the basement of this home and has a pet cat.
