Wedding weekend stay for family

This was the perfect house to have all our family to stay for my wedding weekend! It’s extremely spacious, has a beautiful outdoor area, and came equipped with everything we needed.

Very quiet open floor plan home

Very pretty home located in country not to far from things. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 8 adults. Would definitely rebook when in town.

Everyone was VERY happy with the home, its furnishings, and the surroundings. It was a very tranquil place to enjoy each others' company for a few days. Frankly, the online photos do not do the property justice, and I think Kyle would benefit from upgrading the photos to better reflect how nice the home is; I would think that might increase the occupancy rate.

Golf trip

Thie property was the BEST VRBO property I've stayed at. Extremely clean, decorated very nice and comfortable. The owner is very responsive. The kitchen has everything in the world. Excellent for a large group. I HIGHLY recommend this property based on staying there.

Fabulous Home for Families and Large Gatherings

We loved our stay! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and not only was there plenty of room, we were cozy and comfortable. The decor and ambiance of the house is gorgeous. The host was very kind and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would most def. recommend staying here! It was such a lovely get away for our family to connect. Loved it!

Country charm

Enjoyed our stay -- owner readily available to answer questions. Large open common areas which are great when having a family retreat. Traffic to and from Franklin was an issue - leave yourself extra time to get where you're going. Sleeping accommodations as advertised.

We enjoyed having you as a guest and welcome you back anytime ! The traffic mentioned was due to a concert that had taken place where there is two other alternative routes to the property to easily avoid when aware a concert may be taking place. GPS is recommended to always use to avoid delays should they come up, otherwise traffic isn’t normally an issue for the area.

Great property

Beautiful, quiet farm house with amazing outdoor spaces and comfortable accommodations! Close to Franklin and a couple new small towns for groceries. Wonderful for our large family attending a wedding nearby. Resident turkeys greeted us every morning for coffee on the deck. The house had everything we needed. We just had to buy groceries!

Peaceful Tranquility but close to town

How about waking up to a beautiful view of green pastures, tranquil pond and the sound of cheerful birds? This home has all the latest amenities while boasting the Farmhouse Modern charm and coziness. It was a 20 min drive to the charming town of Franklin and 30 min drive to Nashville and a joy to come back to and relax on the spacious back porch with a glass of wine.

Great getaway from Nashville

Perfect place for our family reunion of 16 people. We had plenty of space for everyone. It was as though the house was built for us. We would highly recommend it to other large groups. The house was well appointed with all of the needs that you would need from things in the kitchen to extra towels and chairs. Kyle was always very responsive. The only downside was the trouble with the internet/WiFi which is probably a byproduct of having so many people with with devices. This was a flight inconvenience during the stay.

Perfect for Thanksgiving family reunion - can't wait to come back next year!

This warm, relaxing home was the perfect place for a family reunion for 16 (including 5 young kids). Close to Franklin and Nashville!!! Kitchen was well furnished and the layout of beds were just right! It's hard to find a place with a large living area where everyone can gather and also where everyone can sit down and eat together but this Farm has it all! This is a gem! Kyle (the owner) is a joy to work with and took care of a few extra things we needed...and always very prompt in responding. Very helpful! We walked around the lake at Radnor Park, saw the lights at The Opry Hotel, catered from Whole Foods, went to a concert in Franklin and enjoyed the Children's Museum!!!...all easy access. We can't wait to come back. THANKS KYLE!!!

Wedding weekend

This is such a beautiful home, in a quiet area, close enough to Franklin and Nashville to be able to go out to dinner, or see the sites, but far enough away that it definitely has a peaceful country side feel. Being from Arizona, where there are no lightening bugs, we loved seeing them flicker out in the meadow off of the porch. There are three separate gathering areas for groups to hang out and talk (living room on front side of first level, family room on back side of first level, and a sitting area and ping pong table on the second floor). The sleeping areas on the second and third floor stayed quiet even when a few of us got up early or stayed up late, the noise did not carry upstairs. I slept in the open area bedroom on the third floor, it is open to the hallway and stair well, but was very private and quiet. This is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home.

Perfect piece of Heaven

Hi Kyle, I’m writing you to tell you how wonderful our weekend was. The house was Immaculate!!! Everything was beautiful and just what we were looking for. It fit everyone perfectly and allowed us to spend quality time with our closest friends and family from all across the states and everyone really enjoyed it! Hidden gem in Nashville

Our family took a trip to Nashville and didn’t want to stay downtown. We then stumbled across this place which felt like we were 2 hrs outside the city when it was only 32 mins to get to downtown. Arrington Vineyard and Homestead Manor we’re both just 10 mins away and downtown Franklin was only 15 mins away. Fall weather had just arrived and were able to grill out on the deck overlooking the pond. If your looking for a hidden gem look no further as the kids loved it!

The Perfect Place

I had spent 8 months planning a retreat for 15 women that would take place at the beach. Three days before we were to go down, Hurricane Michael hit. I regrouped and took to HomeAway. This is the only property that was available that would fit all of us. When I say this is the perfect place, I am 100% serious. The house is immaculate. The owner is incredible at communication and was so kind and flexible! Every detail was thought about and I was blown away. I am kind of picky when it comes to places to stay...I like amazing places, and this did not disappoint. We opened the french doors and looked over the beautiful TN country as we did a group yoga lesson! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and tons of places to chat! I could not recommend this place enough!!!

Warm & welcoming farmhouse vibes with lots space!!

We’ve stayed at another of this host’s properties on a trip to Orange County and this property in Thompson’s Station didn’t disappoint. Kyle was an incredible host, as always, and made sure our stay was easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Best stay of our lives!

This house was spectacular. Everything was new and perfect. The kids loved playing around the lake too. The owners have thought about every detail and were so easy to work with. They even dropped by with a full plate of freshly baked cookies. If I could give this property six or seven stars I would but unfortunately it only lets me give five stars. What an amazing experience all the way around! Thank you so much!

We fell in love with downtown middle TN and knew we needed to live here. We have a family goal of hitting all 50 states (currently at 49 with Alaska left), few territories and 8 of the 10 Canadian provinces.
