Vues Cruz -Happy Hour - Votre magnifique condo pour profiter de nombreuses «happy hours»!

Cruz Views est niché dans une colline tropicale à 160 pieds au-dessus de la ville de Cruz Bay. Les unités sont toutes orientées au sud-ouest pour capturer beaucoup de soleil et des vues pittoresques sur les mers turquoise le jour, des couchers de soleil mémorables à la fin des jours et les lumières scintillantes des îles lointaines la nuit. C'est une promenade facile dans Cruz Bay (en descente), mais le retour à Cruz Views est un peu plus difficile, surtout si vous avez apprécié quelques-uns des fameux punchs au rhum de l'île.

Cruz Views # 07 - Happy Hour est un condo d'angle surdimensionné magnifiquement aménagé avec une unité de climatisation à deux niveaux. Situé à droite et en dessous de la piscine.

Happy Hour a été entièrement rénové en 2005 et en 2018, ce condo a subi des améliorations supplémentaires. Lorsque vous franchissez la porte pour la première fois, vous vous sentirez accueilli par son atmosphère accueillante et confortable. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour se détendre pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur le port et des couchers de soleil ardents. Depuis le salon, il y a des curseurs tamisés qui s'ouvrent sur le pont supérieur, qui comprend des chaises rembourrées, un siège d'amour et pour ceux qui veulent bronzer en privé, vous pouvez `` attraper quelques rayons '' dans les chaises longues, tout en regardant le des vues spectaculaires surplombant la baie de Cruz.

La grande salle comprend votre salon, cuisine et salle à manger. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire, qui peut accueillir confortablement 1 à 2 personnes supplémentaires. La télévision par câble à écran plat est disponible pour regarder votre équipe sportive préférée ou votre émission télévisée préférée, et pour ceux qui veulent rester connectés, le Wifi est disponible pour vous.

La cuisine bien équipée est située derrière le salon et comprend de nouvelles armoires, de nouveaux comptoirs, une cuisinière électrique à 4 feux en verre, un grille-pain, un micro-ondes, un mixeur et une cafetière, ainsi que tous les ustensiles, plats, casseroles et poêles. La salle à manger confortable peut accueillir 4 personnes.

La chambre est située à quelques marches du salon et comprend un lit queen. Juste en bas du couloir est votre salle de bain privée avec douche en pierre et carrelage.

Great apartment in a great location

This was our first trip to the Virgin Islands and were blown away by the views from the apartment overlooking Cruz Bay. The sunsets were spectacular. The apartment was well equipped with all our needs addressed. We would advise a rental car if not for the short walk into town but to give easier access to all the incredible beaches.

Last minute vacation

We had to change our vacation plans to St.John last minute. The property was perfect and the management was responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. We did have an issue with the AC which was fixed within hours even later in the evening.

Gorgeous views of bay and St. Thomas, clean and safe villa near Cruz Bay

The property itself was absolutely perfect - comfortable dining, sleeping and sitting areas, outside deck and super clean and safe. A little hairy to park but that's just the island. Property management company - mixed reviews. One person was very rude to us but everyone else was great when the air conditioner broke and shower got very moldy and not enough bedding linens. Otherwise, great!

Great view!

The location was very convenient for us, especially since we had a car, near all of the major roads. The view is fantastic, and the pool area is very nice. The condo is well equipped (dishes, utensils, beach chairs, ice chest, tv & wi-fi). The management staff was responsive. Be aware that the sun (in winter) is very strong on the patio area; we used the patio in the early morning and evening, but it was too hot for the afternoon (when we used the pool area). Also, the A/C unit was broken. Staff brought a bedroom unit and fan, but the situation was less than desirable, especially with the hot sun shining into the living/dining area.

Great location

The pool was a huge plus! The view is cool and it’s very close to town but it is VERY HILLY! The kitchen is well equipped but the “oven” is a toaster oven and is a little hard to use. The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable.

St. John Delight

Cruz Views "Happy Hour" was a delight from the minute we unlocked the door. It was clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable, and lovely. The view is spectacular from the spacious deck. We even made a lil' feline friend! We would definitely stay there again!

Same old reliable condo

Well, this was our fourth stay in the last 8 years at this studio condo. We happened on it just after it had been remodeled at the time. It has a great location overlooking Cruz Bay and the car ferry docks. The condo is very comfortable and cozy for two. There are 2 air conditioning units, one for living/dining and one for the bedroom. Either unit could hold temps for the whole house. We tend to use the A/C every trip to hold down the tropical humidity after a day on the beach. The unit has a nice kitchen with all of the various utensils we need. All in all, This is a great value for the island.

Great location and well equipped!

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Hour at Cruz Views. The space was very much as described and completely delivered on the views. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the amount of outdoor space. Because this is a corner unit, it seemed to have extra space inside and out. The bathroom was nice, can tell it had been updated and the kitchen was functional with plenty of necessary utensils. Just know there is no proper oven, just a toaster oven. Additionaly, it appears some of the other units may have laundry but this one does not. The proximity to the pool was great and the pool area was well kept with plenty of seating. Much of our experience is also based on pretty much having the entire property to ourselves. We only ran into other people twice in 9 days. The only downfall to this property was the hill that you have to climb from town if you don't get a cab. Going down was fine, just take it slow and walk against traffic. Also, verify how late the cabs are running, during slow season the cabs stop early. We also rented a jeep which made getting around really easy especially to the grocery store for drinking water, etc. Restaurant recommendations: De Coal Pot for good Caribbean fare, Longboard for fresh, well made tropical food and Rhumb Lines for great tapas or small bites.
