Situé dans une station familiale. La villa offre un grand espace pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre avec lit double, d'une salle de bains, d'un lit gigogne et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. La villa dispose d'une terrasse (équipée d'une table, de chaises, d'un parasol et de deux chaises longues) située juste à côté de la piscine et de l'aire de jeux pour enfants. Également sur le complexe est une plage privée lagon, 6 autres piscines, une piscine chauffée 25m laned, deux bars, deux restaurants, un supermarché, spa santé, court de tennis, salle de jeux et un club d'activités pour les enfants. Cinq minutes à pied sont les bars, restaurants et magasins locaux. La plage voisine a des activités nautiques et un parcours de golf est à 5 minutes en voiture, tout comme le parc aquatique ..

We had a lovely stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it overall.The location was excellent, right beside the pool and kids’ playground, which made it ideal for families. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and check-in was quick and hassle-free thanks to the secure key box.The only slight downside was cleanliness, particularly the bathroom and kitchen areas. We noticed alot of small ants around the bathroom vanity and a couple of cockroaches in the apartment, though this wasn’t entirely unexpected in the hot climate.Overall, it was a great stay in a fantastic location, and we’d happily recommend this villa.

The apartment was generally okay, but unfortunately our experience was negatively impacted by cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we found around 10 dead cockroaches, and each morning there were 1–2 more, also dead. One night, we even found one in the bed. We informed the owner and received a partial refund, which we appreciate, but overall this made our stay quite uncomfortable and left a very negative impression.

These are the positives: Having stayed in Sands beach before, i already knew what to expect. It was spacious, and included almost everything one would need for a self catering stay. The was a full hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. The apartment could quite easily cater for 4 people with no issue. Location was nearer the bottom of the complex, which was great, because it meant just a two minute walk to the promenade and a small local beach. Just outside the entrance to the apartment was a decent size swimming pool. You have neighbours to either side, but everyone seemed to be respectful with regards to how much noise they put out. The apartment is very bright are airy having multiple skylights dotted throughout.The areas to improve: Upon arriving, i found that the cupboard above the fridge had not been cleaned properly and was a bit dirty. The apartment could do with a bit of a spruce up, and some areas are in need of a bit of maintenance. I was only given two pillows on the double bed, and they were really uncomfortable. They do not support your head and neck at all. The sheets were a bit tatty and need renewing, with a hole in the base sheet. Any other pillows/covers which were available, were thrown in a heap, like you would expect in lost property. No other pillow cases available to make use of other pillows. The fans were rotten, and i had to clean one to use it.I enjoyed the stay, and would do so again. But, improvements could be made.

Great property and location

This is our second visit to this property, just as before from booking to getting info about keys very smooth. Property was clean and tidy, its in a great location on sands beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely short break.

Really enjoyed our break. Spacious comfortable bungalow/apt on this nice complex on the edge of Costa Teguise. 10-15 min walk into town but everything needed here for a nice holiday in the sun.

Great villa

Villa Sol 2 is in a great location with plenty of amenities at its location. Close to a walking promenade that will take you to Arrecife!Supermarket, restaurant on site. Other shops, supermarkets, restaurants all within walking distance.

Thanks very much, lovely villa on the sunny side with sea views, perfect location for kids, opposite the play area and at the kids pool, also near to the beach front. Would go back here again.

Lovely stay here, perfect location in quiet part of Costa Teguise. Ideal for walks/runs and lots of beaches to choose from. Also closecto bus stops for local buses and trips. Great restaurants too.Accommodation perfect. My son joined me for last few days and pull-down bed was comfortable and easy to put away! Great having sun loungers there, a real suntrap! Loved it,

Posting this review again! This was my main booking as I added on an extra night - Ryanair moved my flight to the day before! Ciaran was quick with reply on availability and booking for the one extra night.Lovely stay here, perfect location in quiet part of Costa Teguise. Ideal for walks/runs and lots of beaches to choose from. Also close to bus stops for local buses and trips. Great restaurants too.Accommodation perfect. Nice apartment on a good complex

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment has everything you need and the complex is lovely. The playground was closed whilst we were there which was a positive considering it is right outside the apartment! and our kids are older. It’s only a short stroll to the hustle and bustle of Costa Teguise which is a very pleasant area with lots of shops and bars/restaurants. The apartment is fine as a base and has everything you’d expect for the price. We enjoyed our stay here

Great villa in Costa Teguise

Great location, close to the beach , a short 10 minute walk to local shops & cafes. The complex has a 25m pool and gym which was free to access, plus smaller pools just outside the villa with plenty of sunbeds available. Villa was spacious for 2 people. Good communication with the owner prior to our arrival ( but none to check how we had found the villa). The reception staff were friendly and arranged our taxi for us ( we had a 5.30am start) which was good value and very prompt. We didn’t find the property was very clean, so had to clean the worktops ourselves. The cleaners swept outside once and the equipment was there for us to do. But overall very happy and would definitely stay here again as was reasonably priced. Thank you.

Sands Beach resort

Nice enough place but tired and in need of updating. No sheets for 2nd bed. Only one sunbed which was filthy. Plenty of DVD’s but nothing to play them on. 3 BBC channels so if you are looking for something other than news I hope your Spanish is good. La Hacienda, the on site restaurant was awful, it was towards the end of the evening however paying over €20 for the buffet before actually checking the menu was a school boy error.

Lanzarote an amazing island to discover

L'ile est absolument splendide. Tellement plus que ce à quoi nous nous étions préparés. Paysages hypnotiques et déconcertants. RDV avec culture et gastronomie : un miracle sur cette ile chahutée par des épisodes géologiques fracassants. Rencontre avec un artiste hors du commun. Pas une minute de repos sur les 7 jours programmés. Hébergement correct et satisfaisant dans un centre très bien fait pour se refaire une santé. Je recommande.

Très bonne base de vie pour découvrir Lanzarote !

Nous avons séjourné à 5 ( 2 adultes 2 grands ado et un enfant) Le logement est bien pensé et assez pratique ! Beaucoup de rangements pour les bagages. Le lit du canapé mériterait d’être remplacé pour un matelas et un sommier plus correct, mais ça convient accessoirement pour un jeune enfant! L appartement est bien situé dans le Resort et offre un accès rapide au front de mer et au restaurant qui propose aux résidents un buffet top à prix canon et moitié prix pour les enfants sous 12 ans! ( nous avons découvert cette possibilité que tardivement c est dommage car on y mange très bien à ce buffet !) Nous avons peu profité des aires de loisir de la place plutôt destinée à de jeunes enfants ! La piscine n’est accessible que de 9h à 17h lorsque nous étions en visite de l’île donc nous n avons pas vraiment pu nous baigner

Belle vue sur la mer,emplacement situé face à des jeux d enfants donc bruillant , propriété très vieillissantes, pas de WiFi etc...barbecue pas pratique, bruit sur chambre car au dessus de la lingeries .pas de machine à kf pourquoi ? Peut-être trop d anglais ..?
