Le complexe Park Place propose des condominiums de luxe à deux chambres et vous apprécierez l'emplacement central avec accès Ski-In / Shuttle-Out et à quelques pas de l'historique Main Street.

Le salon dispose d'un mur de pierre décorative immense avec un foyer au gaz dans le salon. Profitez d'un film favori de la famille sur l'écran plat TV / DVD par la chaleur de l'incendie sur le grand canapé en peluche et les deux fauteuils d'appoint. Une grande caractéristique de ce condo est la terrasse privée avec terrasse et un barbecue à savourer dans les jours chauds et profiter des mois d'été.

La cuisine bien équipée a tous les appareils nécessaires; micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, cuisinière et four avec comptoir neuf (novembre 2018). Profitez de votre repas fait maison fait dans le confort de votre propre copropriété à la table de salle à manger rustique de bois pour six ou le ventre à la barre de petit déjeuner avec des sièges pour quatre pour un rapide Grab-N-Go repas avant de dévaler les pentes.

La première chambre a un lit Queen et un lit jumeau, tous deux enfermés dans une literie d'inspiration Navajo, de la peinture fraîche (novembre 2018) et une grande commode. La première salle de bain est unique car elle abrite la laveuse et la sécheuse, ainsi que la douche à vapeur entièrement carrelée. Elle dispose également d'un nouveau comptoir (novembre 2018). La deuxième chambre a une grande commode en bois, TV écran plat, un lit Queen et un lit jumeau.

L'établissement propose également une connexion Wi-FI, deux bains à remous en plein air sur place, et une grande terrasse de zone commune pour le soleil d'été bronzage. Le complexe propose également un foyer de gaz extérieure commune de socialiser avec les habitants et les clients aussi bien tout en dégustant une tasse de chocolat chaud. Invités à Park Place également accès saison au Complexe Upper Village Piscine avec une piscine intérieure et extérieure chauffée, des vestiaires, des bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs et une aire de bronzage détente. Perfect location

The apartment is located perfectly, has all the amenities and is very comfortable. Has 2 cons, is becoming worn out, in doors, carpets, etc., and the fact that you have to climb 3 stories by stairs coming back from skiing.....All the rest is perfect to ensure you a great vacation.

We love Breck and tried out this place since it is close to downtown. Unfortunately, the place was not good. The room was dark, old and outdated. Sheets smelled so we had to wash all of them first. We were on top floor and the place is super dark . There was road construction that was happening and was not told so we had to deal with that tar smell everyday. This was an issue becaiuse it was in the 90s and you have to keep the windows open to get any air into the place since there is no AC. The last issue is that the pool is no where near the pool so depending on your location, you will have quite a walk to that area. If you are staying, make sure to go insure you get what you want before booking.

Good Location, In Need of a Facelift and Some Love

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Location was great. Ski In with a short walk across the street to the property. Bus stop across the street to take you to nearest lift. Close to town, walked to dining. Hot tubs on property were small, but worked well.Cons - location is very dated. Fireplace did not work, someone came to look initially, said they needed a professional to look at it, never heard another word. The fireplace is supposed to be the main source of heat, fortunately there were space heaters in the unit to warm it we found after a cold first night. Couldn't find the remote for the living room tv, called Management Company, they did nothing. Basically said the issue was on the owner. A day later we found it wedged down into one of the chairs. Could never get the remote/tv in one bedroom to work. Hot water was an issue as well. Also, 3rd floor unit, no elevator in the building.Overall - our group has been to Breck several times, this was the most disappointing of our lodging arrangements. The price was ok, but will look elsewhere next time.

Great location walkable to everything in town. I'd recommend having a house book showing where to ski in, letting people know there are 1000 different Christy locations, one being 50 ft from the unit. It's easier to get down using the A building stairs instead of walking back to the B stairs. I would definitely book again but a lower unit.

The condo was in a great location and the rooms were very clean and nice. The shuttle service helps a ton as well. The only thing i wish was different was the check in time. Ours was four o’clock, but i think it would be more convenient if it was around noon instead.

Great location! Unit needs an update and upgraded finishes. Lighting was low, heating was weird, and TV didn't work in bedroom. Nice views and fairly quiet.

Not our Favorite Place in Breckenridge

The location of this property is great in terms of access to town, bus route to the lifts and skiing in on the 4 o'clock run. We didn't feel like the place was as nice as the pictures and hasn't been updated in years and some appliances are barely hanging on. There was actually no working heat. They say to use the fireplace as your heat source, but we had to have the property management come and look at it, and they said it's a 1970's model and are surprised it worked at all. So no skiing in and enjoying a glass of wine by your fireplace. The cooktop was probably purchased at the same time. It took me over an hour to cook bacon on the stove because of the bent pan and inconsistent heating element. Overall, it's just older and no one is spending any money on updating necessities. A trip to Walmart and spending $200 could do this place a word of good. It's probably fine if you come up on a weekend and plan to eat out, but not great for a family if you planned on cooking in a lot.

Great place! Loved that we were able to walk 1 block to Main St. Unit is spacious and having the second bathroom was helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making the rental process simple and all the info sent prior to our stay. Your ski country app was great too!

Great first time visit

We came here from the Midwest with our 2 teens. Wanted them to see the mountains and to decide if the hills looked like something we would ski. Loved the town, loved the condo, and especially liked the exercise we got walking to town. I'd stay there again if the schedules worked out. I thank the owners for opening their rental to us, and hope they found us to be good tenants.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and this condo was in a perfect location. It is located on the 3rd floor so a few stairs involved. Didn't bother us much. It was very clean and housekeeping even came a few days into the stay to give fresh towels and take care of the trash cans. Easy walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo/unit was perfect for our 5-6 travellers. The location is near town and a bike shop. The stairs may be a problem for some but our family was not hindered by this at all. The room and kitchen were perfect.

Warning---3rd floor and no elevator

Stayed for just 2 nights and the rate was very reasonable, perhaps I now know why. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We were not told about this previously. When we asked the management company, Ski Country, they said because we booked through VRBO, it was VRBO responsiblity to inform us, not theirs. Stacie at Ski Country did make a great effort to relocate us to a ground floor and actually found us a unit in a different complex with an elevator but at that point we had lugged all our luggage up the stairs. We are in our 60s , our friends in their 70s...someone should have told us. Ski Country should have mentioned it at check in before we lugged everything upstairs. Now to the unit...no hair dryers, that was cold. Great showers and nice living area. Main beds were comfortable. We didn't try the twin beds. Unit needs some updates. Location is great, close to downtown and the Gondola.
