This little cottage was perfect for my daughter’s family. I live in Palm Harbor and needed the extra room for them. Allison was a great host who provided all the necessary information and answered our questions right away. The unit is so cute and Allison provides all the essentials. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to all the activities in the area.

This house was very cute and very clean. Rooms were very nice and my friends and I loved the pool and hot tub. This house was very stocked with anything you needed! Loved the extra towels that were provided as well!

Beach weekend

The owner was very nice and responded quickly. The back yard was so nice! We hardly ended up going to the beach because the place was so nice! Would definitely recommend this place!

The perfect place!

Our group had an incredible time at this home. This is the perfect rental house in a great location. The host was very responsive and made the whole process very easy. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures (or even better). Great location and amenities that made for a perfect weekend!

Fun Weekend Getaway

My friends and I loved this house for our quick weekend get away! Plenty of space to swim, enjoy the hot tub, and hang outside on a nice sunny day! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more! Highly recommend this for your family or a group of friends!

An excellent property in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located and near many restaurants and stores. Check in was seamless, Allison was very responsive to messages, and when we had a minor issue, her husband came over and quickly resolved it. We didn't use it much but the pool area was spacious and well appointed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This home met all of our expectations! It was immaculate! Everything was just right For our stay!

We couldn’t of been happier with our stay. everything was stocked for our convenience. The kitchen, bathroom living room and laundry room was provided with everything we needed. More than enough towels, beach towels, and linen for us. It was just great! Definitely will stay again if I’m the area. Host was fast at replying and met all our needs. Very friendly. I give a 5 star.

Centrally Located, practically renovated and all thr amenities you need for any weather.

16 minutes to Clearwater beach, 11 minutes to the boat ride tour marina, 6 minutes to Wal-Mart and a huge selection of restaurants within 10 minutes. Property is located a good distance away from the main road (Drew Avenue) to be quite enough to enjoy the outdoors in the backyard cooling off in the above-ground pool or jacuzzi yet close enough to everything that you came to Florida for. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, came across a few and seemed to be friendly. Property was renovated recently and was very well thought through. Rooms were fairly large, bed cushions and pillows were super comfortable even for my wife who has a sensitive back. A/C was very efficient and thankfully worked very well to cool down the house to 70 degrees in Florida's hot and humid 92degrees the days we were there. Brand new Samsung Washer/Drier were definitely something we used during our stay. Our visit to Florida was for a small reunion of college batchmates from 1998. Stayed at the this house for 3 nights and fell in love with the house and Clearwater that we are considering moving here from frigid Chicago!
