Ce ski a inspiré 872 pieds carrés condominium est situé à distance de marche de l'ascenseur de flocon de neige et de la piste de ski Four O'Clock. Situé sur Four O'Clock route cet appareil est à quelques pas d'un Breckenridge Free Ride navette arrêt et un seul bloc de la rue principale qui vous permet d'être à distance de marche de tout Breckenridge a à offrir.
Cette troisième étage une chambre plus loft, deux condominium de bain peuvent accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et dispose d'un espace ouvert avec rainure et languette plafonds voûtés. Il y a de nombreux sièges dans le salon pour s'asseoir sur la grande chaise de canapé ou sur le côté et regarder votre film DVD préféré sur TV écran plat Nouveau 32 '. Si vous préférez passer du temps à lire votre livre de vacances ce salon ouvert est sûr de fournir tout le confort dont vous aurez besoin à côté de la cheminée à gaz chaud.
La cuisine convenablement équipée a tous les appareils nécessaires; cafetière, micro-ondes, cuisinière, four et réfrigérateur. Profitez de votre repas fait maison fait dans le confort de votre propre unité au décadente table à manger en bois pour six.
Tous les arrangements de literie sont dans le grenier, à l'étage du reste de l'unité. Le loft a un lit ouvert Reine qui est enfermé dans une literie confortable. La deuxième chambre est un coin parfait qui sépare avec deux lits jumeaux enfermés dans la literie piqué traditionnelle. Si ni les chambres disposent de suffisamment d'espace de couchage, il y a un canapé-lit Queen dans l'unité.
Ce condominium dispose également d'un invitant balcon privé où vous pouvez vous retirer donnent sur la cour et d'obtenir ce temps calme, nous chérissons tous en vacances. L'établissement propose également une connexion Wi-Fi, un parking sur place pour une voiture et une laverie. Cet établissement ne propose pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers sont nécessaires pour accéder à ce condo.

The carpets were fine but may need a cleaning soon, some spots more then others. Pool was great! I can't remember if listed, but mention it's on the 3rd floor. Maybe have a map at checkin for building location.

Perfect location in Breckenridge
This property was in a perfect spot to get around Breckenridge and up to Peak 8 for our summer vacation. We parked our car for 4 days and walked everywhere from this location, around Breck and up to the peak using the free gondolas. Great spot!

Had a great stay. Very good location. The property was clean and well maintained, but a little old. Very dimly lit at night, which is a bit scary and unwelcoming on initial approach. Building names aren’t well lit, makes it difficult to locate correct building at night.

Perfect Location but bring an air mattress

The location of this lodge was absolutely perfect - a 5 minute walk from snowflake lift, and a 5 minute walk to main street with all the restaurants and shops.However, if you are planning to sleep more than 4 people, be sure to bring an air mattress for the pullout sofa, as the mattress that is provided might as well be a thick blanket laid over some metal bars and springs.

The host messaged quickly if not “after hours.” Very outdated, I’m not sure who cleans for the owners but they need to inspect their work and hire someone new. Very poor lighting everywhere including the top of the stairs by the door, extremely hard to see to put key in lock and when it’s -10 outside; you want in quickly . The upstairs “queen” bed is horrible, super uncomfortable and comforter stained and has holes with stuffing coming out. The room with the two twin beds is decent other than the door leading into it, it’s cracked on bottom and will not shut or open without extreme force so we just left it open and had zero privacy. Dishes were clean but the cabinets they’re sitting in are not….bathrooms yuck, heater in bathroom cannot be used. Location is very good; we walked everywhere, super close to Main Street and bus or gondola.

Outdated and not cared for
While our time in Breckenridge was wonderful, this condo was very disappointing. After reading the review from nearly 4 years ago that it was outdated and lacked hot water for more than one person, I had hoped some changes had been made during that time. However, I have to agree with the previous review. This condo is extremely outdated and doesn't seem very well cared for or maintained. Only one person could take a warm shower within the hour and with 6 people, this became a problem quickly. The WiFi did not work. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a response that these reviews help the owner make improvements but unfortunately it doesn't seem to matter because after 4 years it sounds as if nothing has changed.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced with the shower, Wi-Fi, and the sofa sleeper. The unit owner made upgrades to the hot water system including a new tank last fall and due to size limitations of the available storage space the tank is smaller than what you would normally find in your home and it’s going to produce less hot water over a short period of time. The owner has made small improvements over the years and we agree it needs some additional TLC and we will continue to urge them to keep updating & improving their unit to satisfy the expectations of the traveling guest. Lots of potential, but so old and dated
The folks at Ski Country Resorts were very helpful and provided excellent, timely service. Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. Unfortunately the property we rented was very disappointing. It has a lot of potential if the owners would invest in its upkeep. First, it was on the third floor without an elevator. I don't recall reading this in the description. This obviously wasn't ideal given that we have two small kids and lots of ski gear. The unit smelled old and stale and was so offensive that we had to constantly boil a concoction of oranges, cloves, and cinnamon to mask the scent. The beds were dreadful, especially the main bed. They are so old and lack any kind of support that we woke up sore every day. My wife slept on the couch! The hot water did not last more than 10 minutes. Only one person can shower per hour. There is a non-GFI outlet right above the kitchen faucet, which is a major electrical/fire hazard. The entire place felt old and dirty. We only sat on the couch after covering it with a sheet. The pots and pans are all chipping. The cutting board was broken and cracked in multiple places. One of the burners on the range (which is at least 30 years old) only works on the high setting. I could go on and on. It's a shame. This place could be cozy with lots of character, but the owners don't seem interested in keeping it up-to-date. Also, it's about a quarter mile to the Snowflake lift and the base of Peak 9, which is not terrible. The shuttle stop is at the entrance to the complex. This is not bad at all, but definitely not ski-in/ski-out. Again, I don't recall if it was marketed as this, but it was definitely a little further from the lifts than I anticipated. Only two blocks from Main Street, which was nice. We will rent elsewhere next time. Even at a pretty good rate, I think we can find something nicer next time.
