Le River Mountain Lodge offre la commodité et le confort d'un condominium (avec des équipements de l'hôtel) au cœur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situé en face de la fin de l'4:00 Run au coin de Park Ave. et Ski Hill Road, et à seulement un jet de pierre du centre Riverwalk et le nouveau Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Juste ski vers le bas, traverser la rue et vous êtes à la maison! À seulement un pâté de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et à quelques minutes en navette de la télécabine ou de la base du Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge est la combinaison parfaite de la sérénité et de la commodité de la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W309 est un spacieux, deux niveaux condo avec une vue magnifique sur les pentes de la terrasse. Il y a une cuisine complète, deux salles de bains, d'une télévision à écran LCD et d'un foyer au bois au salon par après le ski. La table à manger quatre sièges, et il y a place pour trois au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner ou après-ski collation rapide. Vous profiterez également du lave-linge / sèche-linge, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un parking souterrain (une voiture) avec accès par ascenseur, d'un centre de remise en forme, d'une piscine extérieure chauffée et de bains à remous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MY WIFE AND I ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS CONDO. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR EVERYTHING WE LIKE TO DO IN BRECKENRIDGE. THE STAFF WITHIN THE FACILTIY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALTHOUGH I FILLED OUT THE CHECKLIST, I BELIEVE I MAY HAVE LEFT A FEW CLOTHING ITEMS IN A DRESSER DRAWER IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM, WHICH CAN BE EITHER THROWN AWAY OR DONATED IF POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!

Everything was great! Perfect size for 4 people. Within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants (check out the Tin plate for pizza and cocktails you wont be disappointed). The gondola to the base was a convenient 5 min walk.

This is our favorite condo to rent in Breckenridge. Wonderful views and the location is the best, just a few steps from mainstreet. Lockbox check-in is so easy and right next door to the unit. Our contact/host was attentive and answered any questions right away. We would definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge! The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. Conveniently located a short walk to all the shops and restaurants, this is definitely a place we will stay again!

We loved our stay at the River Mountain Lodge and would not hesitate to return! Great location, close to everything. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, which was great. We loved the balcony too!

Perfect Mountain Access

The ease of access to the mountain in the morning via the shuttle and the ability to ski in at any point during the day made this an ideal stay. We also enjoyed the half block stroll to main street in the evening as well as the amenities on site.

Great location and vibe

Perfect spot for our two night stay - easy location to downtown and proximity to outdoor activities. Parking was the only slight hassle as the garage was always full but there are nearby options that don't require much of a walk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for a family and VERY close to downtown Breckenridge. We loved the walkability and creek running right through the back of the condo complex. The only downsides were (1) we weren't made aware that the pool was out of commission until right before our stay (we would have booked elsewhere with a young kid) and (2) the upstairs part of the condo was HOT HOT HOT at night. When we arrived, the windows hadn't been opened for awhile and we could not cool the unit down enough before bedtime so trying to sleep was miserable. The windows are all on the bottom floor, so no breeze reaches the top floor at night. It's also right off a main street so with the windows open it's very noisy. Finally, the breeze couldn't get in much anyway with the thick curtains shut to keep out the bright light of the complex signage out front. The second night, we put a fan pointed inside right in front of the windows a few hours before bed to bring in as much cool air as we could to cool it off. It was a fine complex and unit otherwise. Just be warned if you can't sleep when it's hot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute condo. Great location for shopping and dining. Got there after hours and wish a was given better instructions as how to find condo and where to park. Google maps doesn't help when it's part of a 3 story multiplex unit. Once found, went inside and lobby attendant told us about parking garage which ended up being full and way too small for our 3/4 ton truck. Once inside condo is when we realized unit had no AC, which most don't, but only found 2 small fans which did nothing to cool unit off, after talking to other guests, we went and bought a box fan to put in the window after sundown and kept all the drapes closed. By morning it managed to cool down to about 71 on a good day, but that was only downstairs, the upstairs master stayed hot and we mostly slept on the murphy bed downstairs. Also drawback is the traffic noise from being right downtown, you hear everything if you are late sleepers like we are. But overall place is clean, well kept, has everything you need, except a box fan (we took the one we bought home with us). If you want a pool, that is out, completely under construction, there were some very sad little kids that I saw, but the 2 hot tubs are very nice.

The property is in a great location. It's close to all the shops and restaurants. The place was clean and check in and out was so easy. Also liked the underground parking. Would definitely stay again. The host kept in touch through text which was convenient.

Awesome spot in Breck

Awesome little apt perfect for a couple or two or three friends. Perfect location minutes to gondola and 100 meters from ski in trail. And a very short walk to all Breck village offers. Awesome spot.
