Le River Mountain Lodge offre la commodité et le confort d'un condominium (avec des équipements de l'hôtel) au cœur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situé en face de la fin de l'4:00 Run au coin de Park Ave. et Ski Hill Road, et à seulement un jet de pierre du centre Riverwalk et le nouveau Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Juste ski vers le bas, traverser la rue et vous êtes à la maison! À seulement un pâté de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et à quelques minutes en navette de la télécabine ou de la base du Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge est la combinaison parfaite de la sérénité et de la commodité de la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W309 est un spacieux, deux niveaux condo avec une vue magnifique sur les pentes de la terrasse. Il y a une cuisine complète, deux salles de bains, d'une télévision à écran LCD et d'un foyer au bois au salon par après le ski. La table à manger quatre sièges, et il y a place pour trois au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner ou après-ski collation rapide. Vous profiterez également du lave-linge / sèche-linge, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un parking souterrain (une voiture) avec accès par ascenseur, d'un centre de remise en forme, d'une piscine extérieure chauffée et de bains à remous.

Everything was great! Perfect size for 4 people. Within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants (check out the Tin plate for pizza and cocktails you wont be disappointed). The gondola to the base was a convenient 5 min walk.

This is our favorite condo to rent in Breckenridge. Wonderful views and the location is the best, just a few steps from mainstreet. Lockbox check-in is so easy and right next door to the unit. Our contact/host was attentive and answered any questions right away. We would definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Access

The ease of access to the mountain in the morning via the shuttle and the ability to ski in at any point during the day made this an ideal stay. We also enjoyed the half block stroll to main street in the evening as well as the amenities on site.

Great location and vibe

Perfect spot for our two night stay - easy location to downtown and proximity to outdoor activities. Parking was the only slight hassle as the garage was always full but there are nearby options that don't require much of a walk.

Conference Getaway

We were in Breckenridge for a conference. Easy transition as shuttle picked up outside resort. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, even Gondala was close walk. But shuttle service easy and would take you if you didn’t want to walk. Would stay here again

The place was conveniently located downtown, right in the middle of walking distance to everything. The checkin/out is a little bit of a hassle because it’s not located in the building, but it’s only a block away. Good place!

Comfortable and well-located condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iowa Hill Condo. It is very clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The location is terrific: you can walk into town in five minutes and the bus to the ski hill stops right outside. The management was very attentive and check-on as easy. We had a fun time in Breckenridge and recommend this place.
