This 5-bedroom, 5-bath retreat combines mountain views with lake access just a short drive away, giving you the best of both worlds. Plus, it's dog-friendly—welcoming up to two well-behaved pups to join the fun! Inside, you'll find central air, a warm gas fireplace, and a classic wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings. The main level features a spacious king suite, while the upper level offers another private king suite. On the lower level, two additional king bedroom suites and a queen bedroom provide plenty of space for family and friends. This level also boasts a relaxing sauna and a fun game area with a pool table. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Fire up the propane grill, gather around the firepit with seating, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Centrally located near all of Deep Creek's attractions—including Wisp Resort, restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures—American Dream is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited. This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. This home has a maximum of 5 parking spaces.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies, beach towels. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for home's max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
