The Space:

Step into the heart of your Brickell escape within this thoughtfully designed studio (425 Sq.Ft) located on the 26th floor of the building! The open-plan layout maximizes space and natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. The studio features: a comfortable sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a private balcony offering city views, and a stylish living area perfect for relaxation. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a hot tub and swimming pool. The entire space is air-conditioned for your comfort. (Please Note: the front door of the unit is pending a repair from the HOA (Building's Management) and may require a little more force to open / close but still functions and locks safely and securely, ensure this is okay for you and your guests prior to booking!)

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability; please inquire in advance. Parking is available on-site for a fee. Please note that the building has specific guest registration requirements, which will be provided upon booking confirmation. The studio is a non-smoking unit.
