Private Pool: Our pool is professionally serviced every Monday, the company has access Into the backyard. The service to the pool ensure its clean, and safe water. Please note that this is a residential outdoor pool, so leaves or debris may appear between cleanings, especially after storms. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. A skimmer net is available for your use during your stay as well. The water is always treated and safe to swim in. Also The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

NO HEATED POOL
• Landscaping: Is done once a week.
• Security Cameras: We have security cameras installed outside one on the back fence facing the property and covering the entire backyard and another above the garage for security, none inside.
• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds.
• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors as this is normal in Texas.
• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.


Guest Access & Policies:
Check-in is fully automated, and only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Quiet hours outside the property begin at 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
