You’re close to one of the most delicious sections of Miami the Cuban region highly suggest if you want a private little area just for you can’t wait to come back and book this again

Was traveling solo to watch some baseball and do some Miami site seeing. This was a great place. The garden patio was the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee and end your day with a nightcap.

Adorable spot, exactly as pictured, and perfect for a fun little weekend! Entry was exactly as described in the instructions. Just follow the path straight to the door of the detached unit and the access code to the door is in the app so you can arrive at any hour. The coffee and French press provided made great coffee to enjoy in the lush little garden patio area where a friendly cat hung out with us one morning, and the host Angel is a very nice guy. Hope to stay again some time!

Great little spot tucked away on a quiet street in a charming early 20th c. home. The host Angel was very accommodating and helped me check in early with my two cats while our house was being tented. A very nice tropical landscape and peaceful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Miami and is looking for a true local experience. Walking distance to the heart of historic Calle Ocho with all amenities (grocery, bank, laundry, bars) very close by. You really can't beat this one!

Smaller cottage than we thought! Great location for walking to the little Havana area! Cleanliness was ok and the shower faucet wouldn’t shut off! Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer available. There were a lot of peacocks roaming the area and in the rooftop!

I’m sorry to hear the cottage felt smaller than expected and that you had issues with the shower faucet. I wish I had known during your stay so I could’ve addressed it right away. The shower faucet needs a little squeeze at the final turn for it to close. our home is 100 years old so some things aren't exactly new :) I also appreciate your note on cleanliness and will follow up with my team to make sure everything is up to standard. Again, reporting it right away is best for everyone. As for the peacocks, they’re definitely part of the unique charm of the neighborhood, though I understand they can be a bit surprising! Thanks again for staying and for your honest feedback—it really helps improve the experience for future guests.

The main house was under construction, so there was lots of landscaping and debris left in front of the house, which made it difficult for parking. Inside the house, the air conditioner wasn’t working efficiently so that cottage could have been cooler if the air it was circulating was colder. And in the bathroom, the sink and toilet leaked. I will say the bed was comfortable though. I just feel like the cottage needed some work.

Hi Natina, I'm sorry your stay did not meet your needs. On Thursdays we have bulky item and yard debris trash pick up day from the city so we did put wood and yard debris on the street in front of our home the day prior. We must note that there was PLENTY of street parking available as we do live in a residential neighborhood. We're sorry that this was challenging for you. We have had a particularly hot summer and so we do agree that the previous AC unit needed to be upgraded and so we have upgraded it with one twice as strong. We did not find a leak in the bathroom as you've mentioned. What we did find was the shower curtain was not inside of the shower when used so the water was exiting the shower and pooling on the bathroom floor which could have been confused with a leak. For your future stays anywhere, please try communicating with the host during your stay for any issues or challenges you may face- in life, communication is key and can resolve many things with grace. best, Angel
