Great location good views, but with that comes noise in the master bedroom in the morning. Trash trucks, blowers, weed eaters, food delivery trucks. Then at 10:00pm a local decides to blast his radio in the public parking. It comes with where you are staying anywhere beach front near restaurants and public parking. Has nothing to do with condo itself. It was great had everything we needed comfortable beds, walk to everything on South end. Parking was another issue we already knew about. This condo’s parking is only accessible by garage doors next to Spanky’s. You do not enter under the building by the gate. They provide you with garage door openers that did not work. We had to go in the gate entrance and hit a button to open from the inside. It is a narrow short parking space on a narrow side road with wall columns between the 2 spaces. You can not pull in to 2 double long spaces like most of the units have. We have a Rav 4 and that’s about all you are going to get in there. It was a great stay don’t get me wrong and the listing is accurate just trying to provide additional details.

Beautiful location

Right on the beach waking up everyday to the perfect sunrise. Very close to food and you can literally walk to everything. This is best spot on island!

Very nice

We were so pleased with the accommodations! It was very clean and well equipped. We had so much fun at the beach and it was so easy to shop and dine out by just walking a few minutes.

Perfect Getaway!

The location was spectacular. We were within walking distance of everything. The condo was spotless with all necessary kitchen items, towels, extra blankets, games…it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful getaway.

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented this condo & we luv it. I will admit though, we miss the comfy mattress/feather bed that was there the previous time (several years back), but we still loved the condo. We live the proximity to the pier, beach, & Savannah. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

It was a very clean and large condo. We even cooked some of the Thanksgiving dinner there! It was right in the middle of everything. It was a little outdated.

Listing was extremely accurate. Only complaint we had was the parking. Its very tight and a full sized van barely fit. We loved the condo itself though and was perfect for our family.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was more spacious than we thought. Very comfortable and convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Property management could provide more information in regards to what additional items you may need for your stay. No cleaning supplies or extra towels. We received 1 per person. Overall very happy with this unit and would book it again.

Family vacation

The dryer in the unit was bad. We didn’t find this out until we washed a load of clothes. We contacted the office on Friday and they were supposed to get maintenance out to check it. I was troubleshooting to try and see what was wrong with it and found that the breaker was thrown. I called the office back to tell them so they could let maintenance know and we still didn’t see anyone. We had to air dry our clothes.

Pros and Cons

At first glance, this condo seems to have everything: centrally located, nice view of the beach/ ocean, tastefully-appointed decor, etc. AND all of those things are true! When you stay here you are located right on the main thoroughfare with restaurants and shops located right beneath your balcony- just take the elevator down and walk out to all Tybee has to offer. The walk over across the street to the beach is very short- you can be on the beach in no time. Inside the condo you will find lovely decor and comfortable beds. But there are also CONS: be aware that you will hear noise from the street below, and at all hours of night and day. Also take note that You will also smell the smells from the restaurants. While my friend and I were there we had to deal with an infestation of flies. From what we don’t know- could be the restaurants or could be that doors and windows had been left open to let out the distinct odor of cigarette smoke that lingered when we checked in. We immediately notified management of these issues snd they WERE responsive, but we dealt with the issues all week. Also note that parking is extremely tight- as in cars are packed into the parking garage as tightly as can be. So, while the condo is lovely and location is convenient, there are issues that should be addressed before renters check- in.

Great location

The condo was exactly as described. Be prepared for some noise at night as the central location places you between two busy restaurants/bars, but that's the price you pay for being on the Strand.

Location, location, location

The property directly overlooks The Strand, the main drag in front of the beach, across from the pier and in walking distance a dozen of dining and nightlife options. Bring your earplugs... the master suite is next to Strand.

Enjoyable visit

This Condo was nicely furnished and has a great deck and view of the beach. We had trouble with tv function and the rental office responded immediately by sending over an experienced person who reprogrammed them. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Loved it! Great Condo!

The condo was spacious, had a great ocean view, large balcony and was very clean. The one and ONLY complaint was the water put out a bad odor every time we used it. We used bottle water for drinking and hopefully the odor issue will get fixed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Glad you loved the condo. Please give us a call if you have any issues in the future so we can correct the problem before you leave. In the case of the water smelling different, sometimes when the unit sits empty for a while the water does get a order which can be remedied by running the hot water in all bathrooms until the hot water tank is emptied. Perfect for a girls weekend away!

It was a great place to stay for a weekend! It was the perfect amount of room plus extra floor room if needed to use a blow up mattress. It was convenient to everything in Tybee to get to and see. I would definitely stay here again!
