Asseyez-vous sur votre balcon privé et amusez-vous à observer les dauphins dans la rivière, les bateaux commerciaux de crevettes, les cargos entrant et sortant du port de Savannah et les magnifiques couchers de soleil de l'île Tybee. Ces unités sont 1 chambre à coucher, 1 condominiums de bain, certains avec 1 ou 2 lits superposés adaptés pour les petits enfants. Les unités de luxe comprennent un lave-vaisselle et toutes les unités ont l'utilisation de la piscine, des courts de tennis et des barbecues.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: La plage de la rive nord de Tybee (entrée de la rivière Savannah) est soumise à de forts courants lors des changements de marée. Veuillez nager avec précaution et observer toutes les mises en garde affichées. De plus, en raison des règles de l’association et pour des raisons de sécurité, il n’ya pas de parking pour la location de voiturettes de golf sur le terrain de la SBRC. Cette restriction inclut les espaces invités désignés et tous les parkings non marqués.

The beach view was exactly as described: unobstructed and beautiful. The condo itself is very basic and rather tired looking. I also recommend adding just a few accoutrements to the kitchen supplies: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, coffee filters or a keurig and pods, Kleenex. These are items found in most rentals and all hotels.

The unit had horrible odor and the furniture looked it was direct from Goodwill. Kitchen drawer fell out right onto my bare foot. 100 yard walk from the only elevator in the building to our unit. We requested a relocation but the staff refused and we check out two days early. We have years of experience with this sort of beach rental and this one is the absolute worst we ever encountered.

The property is depicted accurately in the pictures. Love the easy beach access and the dolphin watching is incredible. We love watching the shrimp boats and the cargo ships. The property managers take pride in keeping the area clean.

Quick getaway

Overall a great stay! Affordable for beautiful views and relative quiet. Unit itself is older and a bit run-down, especially the lock on the front door. But if what you’re looking for is affordable beachfront with a view - this unit more than delivers!

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay! It’s definitely on the smaller side, but perfect for a couple. We saw dolphins swimming daily and watched beautiful sunsets from the patio. It didn’t have little things that I assumed would be there, like coffee filters and salt and pepper, but no complaints. Communication was great and everyone was friendly! Beautiful pool area as well! Would definitely stay again!

It was a quiet location and great views. enjoyed our stay. The kitchen lacked any cooking pots and pans. Great place for a quick getaway for a couple.

Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals is a family owned business that has been offering vacation rental accommodations since the beginning of 2001 and we currently manage over two hundred vacation rentals on Tybee Island.

We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and all reservation payments are deposited into an audited trust account. We manage the rental process and maintenance of a wide variety of privately owned properties which allows us to pretty much provide something for everyone.

We strive to provide our guests with excellent service and value by offering a wide selection of quality properties that are clean and well maintained.


We are here to serve you 7 days a week. Our day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:30 PM, however, Sunday hours may vary during the offseason.

Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM we turn them over to voice mail at 5:00 PM. Our office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days and for some holidays we will close early the day before.

We also close early some days to participate in community events such as the Pirate Fest Parade, Beach Bum Parade, etc.
