The host was welcoming and attentive to needs/questions. The condo was beautiful and super clean!! The weather didn't cooperate much, as we didn't even make it down to the beach. Would def. recommend to anyone wishing to have a large space with tons of privacy!! Thank you.

Enjoyed this penthouse unit. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, wonderful balcony with plenty of seating. Owners communication was great. Pool is heated, but not warm enough for me. The hot tub was perfect for warmer/hot water.There are 2 parking spots under the building for this unit. Spots are marked with units numbers. Owner provides a parking permit slip to place on car dashboard.There is work being done on the entire building. We were fortunate that they did not work on the balcony the Friday we were there, but they did work on the end of the unit that day. The 1 elevator is running a bit slow coming down. The owner shares the work information in the description of the unit. The view overlooked the work for us. Would consider renting again. Its in a very nice area and beach access is across the road.Do not have pictures of the master suit or living room/dining/kitchen area. Can not upload videos. Master has a dressing room/closet, jetted tub, bathroom, additional sinks outside of bathroom, chaise lounge chair, and access to balcony.

Thanks for the great review Debbie. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. Both elevators are being completely rebuilt along with new builiding paint which should be completed in February. Can't wait to have you come back and enjoy our building all shined up and new.

The condo is amazing. Great views of sunset. Beds were all comfortable, including the pillows. My one Major issue was the construction taking place, which they don’t tell you until After you have paid. The jackhammers, and I do mean actual jackhammers, start at 8 am and continue until 4 pm. If anyone in your party needs to sleep during the day they are tough out of luck. We had 3-4 construction workers on our luxurious balcony drilling in metal slats into the concrete. Dust and debris from the work filled the afternoon. I personally think it is criminal to rent out rooms while this level of construction is taking place. The rusty nail I stepped on, in the pool, was not a welcome experience. The owner Kurt is very responsive but other than an apology about all the noise, debris, constant alarms in lobby, fire alarm going off, the one incredibly slow elevator, there wasn’t much he could or would do. I’ve included photos of the workers on balcony, jackhammer, and rusty nail. If it wasn’t for everything going on around the condo I’d surely recommend staying here. You’ll be asked to sign a renters agreement after you pay, so make sure to ask for update on all the work. Greed certainly won over any type of enjoyment that was found. Worst experience ever!

Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am truly glad to hear you enjoyed the condo itself, the views, and the comfort of the accommodations. At the same time, I am very sorry that the building’s temporary renovation project affected your experience. For clarity and for future guests reading this: all renovation notices provided by the building are disclosed to guests before arrival and again in the rental agreement each guest signs. We certainly do not withhold information or wait until after payment to communicate updates. This project is an HOA-managed building-wide improvement effort, not something we control or initiate, and it is scheduled exclusively during daytime hours so that work can be completed as quickly as possible. While exterior work may be visible from balconies at times, workers are not inside the unit, and any access to exterior railings is solely part of the building’s safety compliance requirements. Dust and debris are routinely cleaned by onsite staff. We did receive your message regarding a nail at the pool, and we immediately notified building management to ensure the area was inspected. We remain responsive and committed to our guests, and I did communicate with you multiple times during your stay to offer assistance and updates. I regret that the temporary nature of the construction overshadowed the positive aspects of the condo, especially since these improvements will significantly enhance the property for all future visitors. We hope that once the building’s renovation is completed, you will consider giving the property another opportunity to provide the peaceful and enjoyable experience that most guests consistently enjoy.
