Welcome to your refreshed coastal retreat at Sunset Vistas! This beautifully updated 5th-floor, west-facing 2BR/2BA suite sleeps up to 6 and offers stunning sunset views from your private balcony. Conveniently located directly across from the elevator, this 870 sq. ft. condo features a brand-new Black Beautyrest King mattress in the master, a new Queen pillow-top in the guest room, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area, along with new premium bedding, towels, flooring, rugs, glassware, and more.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Ninja blender, and in-unit washer/dryer. The dining area seats six, and the suite includes free high-speed WiFi, large-screen TVs, Blu-ray player, streaming access, USB outlets, ceiling fans, and a closet stocked with beach gear for your use.
Resort amenities include a geothermal-heated main pool, adult pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, tropical courtyard, tiki bar, onsite cafĂ©, office workstation, and ping pongâall directly on beautiful Treasure Island Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world. Johnâs Pass Village is just one mile away, and area attractions such as Busch Gardens are within an hourâs drive, and Clearwater Beach is around a 15-20 minute drive. One covered parking space is included; additional parking is not guaranteed.
To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, and dish towels. Each guest receives one set of bath towels and one beach towel based on occupancy. Supplies are not replenished, and we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or foil.
One guest must be at least 25 years old. Only documented service animals are permitted per ADA and Florida law. If someone other than the booking guest is paying, the payer must be added to the reservation and is the only person authorized to e-sign the rental agreement. Check-in is after 4PM; early check-in may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee if available. Mail delivery is not permitted. Please move your vehicle from the assigned space on departure day for cleaning access.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no-refund policy within 60 days of check-in, including cancellations due to weather, hurricanes (June 1âNov. 30), red tide, health issues, or travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference.
