I would highly recommend this condo. It was very clean, modern, and convenient to the pool, parking, and beach. It is not often that I do not find issues with cleanliness and this was one of the few.

Condo was exactly how it was described. Overall, I would rate our experience as an 8 out of 10. Positives include the following: Stocked kitchen supplies, nice bath towels, stocked closet of beach supplies, easy check in, great parking space, great pool. So why the “8”? The pillows were horrible - they were very thick and firm, making it difficult to get comfortable to sleep. Would rent this unit again but would bring my own pillows.

Everything was as described, beautiful area, easy access to the beach, and the place was spotless. The host was very accommodating to our late departure and was able to let us stay an additional couple of hours, that helped us out a lot. We look forward to another stay with this host.

Excellent location, steps to the pool, hot tub, pristine beach. Well equipped 2 Bdrm, 2 bath condo with super private view of the beach and horizon for sunset vista. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella and toys for any little ones. Full sized frig and kitchen with dining table for 6, Short drive to John’s Pass for dining, shopping and fishing. dolphin watch trips.

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as listed. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was so convenient. It was perfect for my 16 year old daughter and her best friend. Thank you for a fabulous getaway!

Everything you need and close to the beach

Nice place, short walk to the beach, nice tiki bar, beach chairs and cooler was a plus. Place was just as advertised and we would stay again.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but this place is overrated....check in is at 4 & not 1 minute before & check out at 10 is not one minute later. We were rudely & aggressively kicked out of our parking spot @9:59 am. Went to a different condo that was graciously accomdating...I will never stay there again

that's correct, checkin in is at 4pm and its clearly advertised before you make the reservation, if that didnt work for you, im not sure why you didn't find another condo that could accommodate an earlier checkin for you. it was a very busy day for our cleaners and we could not accommodate an earlier check-in. we did however, go out of our way to supply you with the parking pass to use 4 hours before check-in. unfortunately, our cleaners come from off-site to clean and there is no guest parking spots to use for them. when they arrive, they do need to use the unit's parking spot. ill speak with her, but i doubt she kicked you out at 959. she has been cleaning for us for years and has never had any guests ever say a bad word about her. sorry you felt it was overrated, people love this condo! would not host this guest again. good luck with your future rentals!

Great spot for a family vacation

I love Sunset Vistas. We stay here at least once a year and the view from this condo is one of the best views in the place.
