Perfect for families, lots of space! Very clean! So nice to have a kitchen to make food and washer/dryer. Staff was helpful with anything that was needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Inconsistant time for checking in. VRBO says 3pm, the hotel says 4pm and we didn't get checked in until 4:30pm. The walls are paper thin and i could hear footsteps from overhead. I was woken up 3 times with music at 3am

It was our mistake, we had our sons name in the reservation. It took couple of hours for us to complete check in process. Person at the front desk gave wired suggestion to cancel booking from 3rd party and book it directly on there website. Really???

The location of the condo is very convenient to everything the room itself is very nice. We had an issue with one of the blinds in a bedroom not going all the way down and had to get an extra blanket to cover it up. The WiFi did not work very well and they never brought us enough coffee packets when I called and asked for them, even though I was told I could have up to 10 per day. Overall our stay was good, hoping they can fix those issues for future customers.

Tennis court can’t be used: holes, multiple marks, floor has lots of broken spots. They should not charge a resort fee knowing the court can’t be used . We chose this location specially because it announces the tennis court but the picture must be very old. Part of it the apartment is good, clean but shower does not have pressure . Overall ok

This by far has been THE BEST place I’ve stayed at for Disney Vacations . The hotel staff & maintenance went above and beyond to make sure no stones were left unturned.It’s very clean, very furnished , with extra pillows & blankets and the space has adequate seating and spacing. Check -in clerks were amazing . Everything was a breeze , I stayed with a group of 10 , they even offered to help me find transport service for our 3 day stay . It’s literally 5 minutes from Disney and Disney Springs. Check out was a breeze . They will bring things to your room only by request and they do so expeditiously - , they will not enter your room in your absence . I had the best stay here . Loved It. Book It : you won’t regret it. Thanks Guys

Facilities were great, desk staff were kind and helpful. We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 3 kids. My only complaint was that any time we needed towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc., we had to walk across the property to ask for items at the desk. They usually didnt have them there, but would let a staff member know, who would then deliver them to us. Sometimes this was quick, but other times took up to 40 minutes, and once they forgot and never came. I did try to call the desk once but no one answered. One solution could be to keep pool towels stocked down at the pool. Overall, we had a great stay!

The room was clean and we had plenty of room. There were so many towels also. We did have to get more toilet paper from the front desk and some garbage bags but they had it right there. We did have a little difficulty with the tvs in the bedrooms but i believe that was due to none of us having cale tv where we live.The location was great also, there are stores and restaurants within walking distance and many others within 2-5 miles.The only really negative thing i have is that the beds are very firm and i do not personally have a firm mattress at home so i did have very restless nights due to my back issues.
