This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is the perfect spot for couples, small families, or business travelers. Plus, you'll be just minutes from Memorial UC Health Hospital, the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and Memorial Park with Prospect Lake, while still enjoying a peaceful neighborhood setting.

Living Space
Step inside to find a cozy layout designed for relaxation and convenience:
- Living Room offers a comfortable sofa and Smart TV for streaming to unwind.
- Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, including a drip and Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, and air fryer. You'll also find a dining table for sit-down meals and a full-size washer and dryer tucked in for easy laundry access.
- Bedroom 1 offers a King bed, ceiling fan, and baseboard heating for added winter comfort.
- Right outside Bedroom 1 is a desk for remote work and futon for additional sleeping
- Bedroom 2 offers a cozy Queen bed with ceiling fan.
- The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

- A starter pack of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) is provided. Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing supplies if they need more past the starter pack.
- Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

There were a few things that were off-putting. There’s a nail sticking up between the kitchen and the living room that our toes got introduced too.The washing machine on the spin cycle sounds like it’s going to break. I couldn’t shut the dishwasher door without having to wiggle and prop it into place to close it. It’s not properly framed in. And the worst thing of all was communicating with a person that said they kept reaching out to a team to take care of the air conditioner issue that did not ever get resolved. There was two days and nights that was very hot and no air conditioning, even though they repeatedly said they were contacting the team to have the issue resolved there was never resolved it made for a hard days travel the next day when we had a 12 Hour drive with no sleep.Below is the repeated message that did not lead to a solution for the problem:We’re really sorry for the ongoing experience and we completely understand your frustration. This is not the stay we want you to have, especially with your family there.We want to assure you we are actively working on both issues right now. The air conditioning is still being coordinated with our team and we are continuing to work on securing technician support as quickly as possible.We’ve also coordinated the washing machine concern to the team and are currently checking availability for a technician to inspect it.We will keep you posted on any updates on this.

This led us to convert our personal rentals into short term rentals and then shortly after our company nestago was born! We enjoy the fact that we are able to assist people from all over the world with their vacations, reunions and so much more.
