This 400 sq ft renovated cottage is designed for simplicity, comfort, and functionality.
The cozy living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings after exploring downtown. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short visits and longer stays, including a Keurig coffee maker and essential cookware.
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and peaceful setting for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom is clean, updated, and efficiently laid out.
Like many homes in Colorado Springs, this cottage does not have central AC. However, the area's mild climate keeps things comfortable most of the year. Window AC units are provided during warmer summer months if needed.
The space is compact but ideal for two guests, a couple with a child, or guests traveling with a fur baby. We are pet-friendly and welcome extended stays for those relocating or house hunting in the area.

Step outside to your own private, fully fenced yard, a rare feature in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. This inviting outdoor space includes a pergola with comfortable seating, a charcoal grill for casual meals, and a unique graffiti art wall that adds character to the setting. This led us to convert our personal rentals into short term rentals and then shortly after our company nestago was born!
