Golf weekend away

The property was spacious and beautiful. The only 2 suggestions is the elevator needs to work with all the stairs and With check out being 11am the cleaning crew showed up at 10 !

Excellent accommodations for large family or group!

This property has many areas for people to enjoy. You definitely don’t feel like you’re on top of eachother! Plenty of space! 3 king beds, large rooms, 5 bathrooms! Absolutely LOVED this house!

Fantastic location with extremely easy travel planning. Beautiful property and quiet. Everyone seemed. to respect their surroundings and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Of course the beach was a perfect experience!

We had a great time staying here unfortunately the weather was the greatest thanks to hurricane Ian. We didn't get it like forecasted but had some rain, wind and cooler days. Overall it was a great time and the house fit our needs!!

Great beach spot

Place is great, was worried about the review mentioning it being outdated, but the house is just like the photos and looks great. Short bike ride to the beach, we brought a golf cart. Communication wasn’t great, and we tried to add a couple more days but no one got back to me. Overall pleased would stay again.

Amazing Hilton Head Rental

We had an amazing time with our stay at Palm Breeze. There were so many special touches that added to our rental experience. There was plenty of space for our family of five and the home provided all of the essentials and plenty of extras. Our questions were quickly answered and the rental agent was so sweet to make sure we made it into the house. The house is in a quiet area with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We were also able to golf and play tennis nearby and it was a quick trip to the beach. Our teenaged children stay entertained with a game room and pool. Thanks for making this a great vacation!!

First timers to Hilton Head

Home was as advertised. We walked to the beach the first day..although states how far we didn't think it would be that bad...take the FREE Shuttle! Shuttle service/staff were great! Pool is small but advertised that way. Was full of sand when we arrived but kids were happy with it none the less. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Walked the beach to Cocos and found that the bartenders were originally from 40 miles from our home! Overall great time!

Perfect and spacious!

We had 8 in our group and this house was perfect! Each room with its own bathroom. Quiet and private location so did not have to worry about outside noises which helped us all sleep comfortably. We had one issue with the wifi but our message was quickly returned with updates. Highly recommend this house for large groups!

Perfect for our family!

Really nice, loved the spaciousness of the home and everything was in good working order. Small hiccup getting the pool heater on but was more than taken care of! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice home

This house has lots of space so no one felt crowded. The neighboring park is really nice, and we were close to Shelter Cove which was nice. There were a few minor issues, but the owner was responsive and easy to contact.

Lists better than what you actually get.

The pictures portray a much better house. The carpet is dirty and stained. Both couches are on their last legs. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The elevator does not work and should be removed from the listing. The pool is a large hot tub, at best. I get that it’s a Rental, but it’s an expensive rental. You are over paying for what you are getting, in my opinion. The neighborhood regulations state that quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am; however, they are building a home a few houses away and start at 6 am. Getting to the beach is fairly easy and the location of the home is not bad. It sits directly in front of a resort parking lot, which I don’t remember reading, but it wasn’t terrible. I get that rules are made for a reason; however, when you go to the beach, it is extremely hard to get all the sand off of you and kids. But the rules are adamant about no sand in the house. All in all, would not recommend and will not return.

Great beach access

Crabline ct has access at singleton beach, a great location for little ones. Bikes are really helpful. Kitchen is very well stocked for you to cook in. (You should; the restaurant scene is sooo overcrowded!)

I Would Not Recommend!

This 3-story home boasts an elevator. However, it apparently hasnt been operable for some time and we were not told until the day before our arrival. We were told if we needed the elevator we could receive a full refund. With travel plans scheduled for the following day, there was no time to find another property. Which I'm certain the owners knew. In addition, when we arrived I immediately reported the private pool was full of debris and had a cloudy film on top. I recieved a reply advising they would "try" to get someone to service the pool the following day. Maintenance never showed up, and I never heard anymore about it. What a disappointment. Two major reasons for choosing the property and neither could be used. My final message privately to the owners regarding these issues has been ignored. For the sake of your vacation, stay somewhere else. You're welcome.

Sisters surprise 40th

We visited Hilton Head for a girls getaway to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. I was a little saddened that they advertised the elevator and golf cart but you actually don't have access to them. There was a leak in the kitchen and a few pieces of broken furniture but all and all we had a great visit.
